Worst experience ever!!
Reserved and confirmed a week before a private premium large van and they farmed out to a taxi that was a small compact car, not able to fit our skis and luggage. IT took several attempts to try to fit and our skis were to front window while my husband had to sit in front with skis on shoulder and I was cramped in back seat for 3 hours. On top of it, the driver was already 35 minutes late, so it was an hour before we left airport due to the service. We tried to resolve and spent over 30 min on the phone and customer service was awful!!! We paid for premium car and service and ended up with a TAXI and compact car for 3 hour drive.
We paid for a premier service and got a compact taxi which would have cost much less and customer service would not resolve and their solution was to take and pay again for a bigger taxi and email to try to get refund. Worst service I have ever experienced from what we thought was a legitimate company. Would NOT recommend!!!!!

The driver great, car was weary clean and he meet us at the airport in time.

Very service minded, punctual and great experience

We were picked up from the airport on time and the van was spacious. clean and comfortable. The night before our return, the planned pick-up time was changed to 2 hour earlier. That was unexpected and unfortunate. We were at the airport > 3 hours before departure and our plans for the day were limited.

Excellent service excellent communication!
Alpinbus are a large outfit who sub contract to trusted partners to undertake your transfer. I received regular communication via text from both Alpinbus and the partner transfer company (Best Transfers) on outbound and return journeys to La Plagne ski resort. When I had queries before travel Alpinbus staff returned my emails within the hour each time. This gave me and my party of 7 lots of reassurance that everything was planned and in hand. Vehicles were clean and tidy and drivers helpful with baggage and were prompt in collecting us. Just had a minor communication issue on pick up re driver not specifying exactly his movements on our arrival at Geneva, but text messaging between us rectified this. Drivers were safe in their driving and helped unload on arrival. Will use Alpinbus again next year!

They were timely. Didn't speak English very well and they were "east European friendly". On the return trip the driver wanted to take a different route back which was 50minutes longer (based on google and apple maps) but on our continued persistence he rang HO and got approval to change the route but told us that we would have to pay extra next time. Based on the overall experience and everything being equal, we would use them again. Our party was 12 adults + 4 small kids travelling from Milan to Les Arcs 1950 return over 2x 8-seater vans.

On time drove very well nice man

We were delayed almost 2 hours before reaching Innsbruck by train, but due to excellent communication with Alpine Bus and their driver our pickup went super smooth. The drive into the Dolomites and Corvara went smooth with our careful and skilled driver.

Truly amazing service. I made an error in our booking (wrong day, I confirmed it to Alpinbuses on two separate occasions, DOH!) but one phone call and an email and within 15 mins of spotting the mistake I'd made when I touched down in Zurich, they had sorted out another transfer for our group of three. No fuss, no additional charge. Brilliant brilliant service from Ernests and the team at Alpinbus.

Great transfer. Superb communication from booking to collection. The driver sent clear instructions (including photos) where to meet us. The size of the car for 4 people was great too. Highly recommend.
