Perfect service
Perfect service. Was waiting for us at the airport with our names, and picked us up promptly on our return journey. Really friendly team to deal with, and a very knowledgeable driver of the Salzburg area. I cannot fault the service.

No driver at pick up arrivals lounge
No driver at pick up arrivals lounge. Lots a frantic calls and WhatsApp’s before driver arrived two hours later. Relieved that a driver finally arrived but anxious when he started using his sat nav mid driving. Felt a chaotic and unsafe scenario. Appeared to be a third party booking. Took us to the wrong hotel initially bit did manage to get us to the correct part of the resort and hotel in the end. The pick up and drive on the return leg was very professional( different driver and car )

Taxi transfer from Munich airportWe booked a transfer from Munich…
We booked a transfer from Munich airport to St Johann in Tyrol. The journey went very smoothly. We then tried to book a return journey and was given a quote which lasted for 48 hours. When I tried to confirm and book they upped the price by 200 euros, refused to honour the original quote and after querying they cancelled the booking and told us there was no availability leaving us high and dry.
I would have recommended this company based on the outward booking and journey but now would not trust them.

Transfer for 14 people
We booked a transfer for 14 people from Zürich airport to Luzern with AlpinBus. Two drivers were waiting for us with our name so they were easy to find. The drivers were very friendly, helpful and professional.
I will definitely book with AlpinBus again.
