Extremely Unprofessional Service and Poor Customer Care
I booked a transfer from the airport in Switzerland to Ischgl, Austria, and a return trip for 5 passengers with full ski equipment. Despite clearly stating all details in the booking, a small, completely unsuitable vehicle arrived for the outbound trip. We were forced to squeeze into the car for 4 hours with our equipment, and the company representative was rude and almost tried to remove us from the vehicle after we had already started the journey.
Before the trip, the company contacted us to sell ski passes and equipment rentals. We repeatedly mentioned we had our own gear, yet no one informed us that the vehicle would be too small. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and planning.
For the return trip, a flight cancellation required us to adjust the pickup time. The company charged an outrageous 350 euros for this change. While the return ride itself was fine, the overall experience felt unprofessional and exploitative.
We feel that the company took advantage of our situation and failed to provide the service promised. Customer care has ignored follow-up inquiries for nearly a week, which only adds to the frustration. I cannot recommend this company to anyone who expects reliable, professional service.

Regarding the return transfer, we understand that flight disruptions are stressful, and we are sorry that the fee for adjusting the pickup time added to your frustration. The fare you mentioned reflects that the change was made very late and required booking a completely new transfer. Since the situation was caused by a flight cancellation, this is something that should be addressed with your travel insurance provider. We are ready to supply any necessary documentation to support your claim so you can receive appropriate compensation.

Have used this company for various transfers. Generally competitive and utilised pricematch on this occasion which is a strong point.
However, we booked a private transfer and were forced to accept a return pick up time that delivered us to Geneva airport 3.5 hrs before departure. Challenged this and were not offered a more appropriate pick up time. Having a private transfer should deliver a much more appropriate pick up time.
Not what we expected to have paid for.

Punctual and consistent
I've used Alp2Alp and number of times this season, to/from Grenoble and Lyon to Tignes and the 3 Valleys.
Both the airport meet and resort collection was punctual and easy. The vehicles are decent and the drivers were friendly. I pretty much use these folks each time for a ski transfer.

COST ME MORE THAN MY HOLIDAY
Very easy to communicate with as everything on WhatsApp (HUGE plus for overseas travelling). Very responsive/confirmation etc is 5*. BUT it's EXPENSIVE if you lose out on the algorithm lottery! I paid almost £400 and my fellow traveller just £49 for the same journey. My flight got delayed on the outbound and I had to buy a new transfer - an additional £100! My transfer alone cost me more than my flight+ hotel. Eye watering.
