Very responsive and gladly updated the ordered per our needs, easy to track the driver's location. It was very convenient getting a free eSIM for an easy landing.

Very easy booking process and excellent follow up to any queries
We also booked ski hire and lift passes through a2a which worked well and offered discounts
One star deducted as we had a complaint about our driver which is being followed up .

Alps2Alp was very easy to book and any questions you have customer support is there to assist you right away. Alps2Alps picked me up in Geneva, Switzerland and dropped me off in Val Thorens, France and the experience was nothing but positive. I highly recommend booking with them.

Vehicle not roadworthy
We had a terrible experience with Alps2Alps and urge caution in using them. They outsource the transfers to ‘Partners’. We had a 1.5 hour journey into the alps from Geneva airport - the pickups ok but not easy as we had to call the driver several times to find him. But our issue is the loud banging noise in the van from the start of the journey - the vehicle was clearly not roadworthy and unsafe. We made the company aware of our terrible and quite frankly scary journey and they customer service is terrible. As we did arrive in one piece they will not make amends for the journey other than offering a small discount on a future booking. I do not intend to use them again after this experience.
