Excellent experience with Alps
Excellent experience with Alps, didn’t need to ask for same member of staff when calling them as they were all able to help me get through my minor problems as I had never claimed before. Staff were very polite and helpful and answered my questions perfectly putting my mind at ease.

Satisfied with support
Grace was well spoken and clear with her questions. Grace wasn’t rushed and took the time to understand what had exactly happened. Grace also gave information what ALPS did and how they got involved with the claim. I was also asked if I had any questions or concerns.
