I booked a flight from Dammam to Madina for my Brother Azmeer Khan and the flight was cancelled, after that i contacted Alrehlat to change my flight, they wasted lots of my time and next day sent a fake ticket which contained same PNR number but the date was change on ticket, I contacted again to cancel and refund, they have been confirming since one month that they have requested a refund, after long wait i contacted airline directly to see the problem and surprisingly airline said they dont have any refund request in their system, Alrehlat has been playing with me for more than a month now and still saying we are waiting for airline this is totally fraud

This airline booking site is not trustworthy , 2 times i had issue with the flights. And asked for refund and compensation. Only they give request id then no other response further. Iam keep on mailing but no use . I strongly disappointed with this site .

In the 11/04/2025, i had a problem within the check in system online for a booking, i immediately reached out to customer service where they handed it over to Anastasiia Volosianko who was very kind and very respectful. We solved the problem within a couple of minutes. Everything went smoothly and her assistance helped a lot. I recommend her for any online issues.

6 months ago for a ticket they charged my credit card twice. I asked my bank and asked them to refund second payment. At first they told me ok but after 6 months they just refund 18€. The flight ticket was 370€. When I am speaking with them they told me this is because of thr airlines terms and conditions. I can't understand how it's possible charging people 370€ and refund 18€ euros after 6 months.

I am very disappointed with this flight booking website. After booking, I found that the passenger details were incorrect, even though I entered them properly.
I sent several emails but received no response. The system even changed nationalities and assigned the same passport expiration date to all passengers, which is unacceptable.
Worse, they ask for extra fees to fix these errors, even though they are not my fault. Very poor service and no customer support.

Like many other users I had a flight booked with Alrehlat for travel within Saudi during the Iran conflict. Not sure I even realised I was booking this ticket via them btw, unlike other brokers where it is obvious. Anyway, due to the on-going conflict I am no longer able to fly to Saudi. My flight Saudi - Europe has been cancelled so will not be able to make it on that flight, never mind traveling to Saudi being against FCDO advice at this point in time. I asked for a refund and their default answer was: your ticket is not a refundable one. No ifs, no but, it is within their 'contractual right' to refuse any refund. Certainly goes against the spirit of the law but that really isn't their problem. Alrehat's only goal at this point in time is to keep as much money as possible and swiftly get rid of any customer complaints, leaving the consumer becoming their own insurance policy in times of crisis. It is possible that the airline has a business interruption policy to cover their loss, so really the only winner here is Alrehlat. These practices must be stopped. I am still trying to see if I can get credits or something but looking unlikely and wanted to share my frustration in sympathy for others going through the same ordeal.

My experience with this airline’s customer service has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I originally booked a plane ticket for March 15, but somehow the travel date in the system appeared as April 15 instead. Whether this happened due to a technical issue or some other error, I simply contacted customer service to correct the travel date. I made it clear that I was willing to pay the difference in fare if needed, since my only goal was to fix the date.
Instead of offering a reasonable solution, I was told that changing the ticket would cost 2.4 times the original ticket price, which is completely unreasonable and felt more like a penalty than a normal fare adjustment. The call center justified this by saying “the closer the date, the higher the price.”
However, this explanation made no sense. While still on the call, I booked another ticket for March 15 from the same website, and the price was only about $2 more than the ticket I originally purchased for April 15. This clearly shows that the explanation given by the call center was inaccurate and misleading, and the 2.4× price they demanded to change the date was unjustified.
Because of this, I then requested a refund and carefully explained the entire situation. Shockingly, the refund request was automatically rejected within the same minute, clearly without anyone reviewing the explanation or the issue.
I then contacted customer service again to explain the situation in detail. Unfortunately, the response was even worse. The representative kept insisting that there was no issue at all and repeatedly told me the ticket was non-refundable, without even attempting to review the case or acknowledge the problem.
To make matters worse, when I asked how I could submit an official complaint about this situation, the representative ended the call immediately without providing any information or assistance.
This entire experience felt dismissive, unfair, and unprofessional. A company that values its customers should at least investigate issues properly, provide reasonable solutions, and allow customers to file complaints instead of shutting them down.
Very disappointing service. I expected much better.
