By far the best value for money and best subscription services. If you are wanting to find a strain and stick with it, this won't be for you. Im rarely able to do a repeat order of the previous prescription. However I dont mind that as it allows me to browse the menu but something to consider for more cautious users.
Consultations are brief and polite. They are helpful for sourcing cheap options for prescriptions. Not over bearing at all.

Jordan and Shannon went above and…
Jordan and Shannon went above and beyond, I was changing clinics and had bad anxiety as I discharged before the MDT and they kept me calm, I decided to just relax and then got the text saying I was approved, Shannon I quote said “this makes me the happiest person on the earth” after I told her I was approved, Jordan was concerned and supportive throughout. And the the Clinician has cleansed the discrimination and defamation I’ve been subjected to in the diagnosis. I feel my needs and concerns have been taken into consideration, my first prescription arrived yesterday, today is the happiest I’ve woke up in a long time. Happy to be part of the family.

Good enough
I’ve had a very positive experience with Alterleaf overall. The doctors and the wider team have been excellent—professional, supportive, and genuinely helpful throughout my journey. Thanks to their care, I’ve even been able to come off some of my previous medications prescribed by my GP, which has been a huge benefit.
However, there is one ongoing issue that I feel needs attention. After speaking with a doctor, I’ve been experiencing long delays—around 6 weeks—to receive my medication. In comparison, when I don’t need a consultation and can order directly, it still takes about 3 weeks, which is quite a long wait.
These delays have a knock-on effect. By the time I’m able to order again, the strains I initially chose are often no longer available, meaning I have to start the research process all over again. This can be time-consuming and frustrating, especially when you’ve already found something that works well for you.
At the moment, I’ve been without my medication for 5 days, which has been particularly difficult.
Aside from this issue, I’m genuinely happy with the service and the support provided. I just hope the turnaround times can be improved, as it would make a big difference to the overall experience.

Very slow and patchy communications
Very slow and patchy communications. Had to follow up multiple times to get any response, was waiting for weeks, then when I mentioned a credit card chargeback suddenly the prescription was processed. Bad customer experience, would not recommend
