Initial contact with Alternaleaf was great, fast response to emails, first video chat was fine even though there was an issue at first as neither could see or hear each other, even though I ran the test before joining and it was all working, at least he called me and asked to try and rejoin to see if it worked that time, which it did.
Great, so far so good.
I emailed to ask when my next appointment was and they got me booked in for today. I joined 5 minutes before the video call as requested, did the checks again, all fine. Consultant was late by 10 minutes. Once again, could not hear nor see each other. No phonecall.
He then cancelled the call, so I sat and waited in the video chat assuming he was fixing it, or he was going to email me or SOMETHING. 45 minutes later, nothing, in the mean time I had tried to contact live chat and got no response, I tried again and got put through to "Nayeema" who said the consultant couldn't hear nor see me and is now in another meeting and that he will not be able to call back and I would have to wait until Monday.
I said that's not good enough considering I was on time, he was late and it was all working my end. She said to please wait whilst she gets in contact with him. That was 3 and a half hours ago, she is still connected to chat but refuses to reply.
I have just received what looks to be a standard email saying "We hope your consultation with Mr Mojtaba Zarei (Consultant Neurologist) went well...." etc etc like I had actually had the call with him.
The service has been great until the minute you start dealing with their outsourced customer service representatives and then you will just get completely ignored. Don't bother with their phone line, nobody will answer.

Since writing this I had a phonecall the next day (today), thanks to the review, apologising and re-booked my appointment for today, which I just had. So that's something at least, it's a shame it had to come to writing a 1 star review to finally get some customer service however.
I will update again in a few weeks time and see how things go.

Never got anywhere.
Had appointments which went fine. System did book me the wrong kind of appointment twice so had to do more then necessary but after finished all seemed ok. Got an email to say prescription would just need to be verified by MDT in the next 3-5 days and would then be ready to go.
One week later they asked me for documents I had sent months ago, but fine I resent them the same day.
It's now been over a month and absolutely nothing. I have chased 4-5 times just to be told there is no update and nothing they can do.
I have also asked for appointment records in order to transfer to a new provider which they state you can do but they won't send these either.
Ive been paying the monthly charge to them since October 2025 and have nothing to show for it.
AVOID!!!!!

They just take your money and don't get back to you. Terrible customer service and seems like a data scam. 5 months and nobody gets back to you.

The initial consultation was with a nurse. She was friendly and made m feel at ease. Next step was a doctor who was also friendly and professional. They both went over my medical history to see if it could benefit me. I would recommend.

Not had any problems and everything is fine.
Signing up went fine and smooth. I had the needed scr so allowing alternaleaf access to that I think it probs took 2 weeks total until my first script which was fine.
Just received my second script fine. Appointments so far have gone fine, doctor is always on time, attentive and answers any questions I have which is fine.
I read some of the negative comments from people not having a fine time but I cant speak to that and everything is fine.
