Orders received on time, in full and in good condition. much better than via Amazon in combination with UPS and DHL, who both messed up.

They kept me informed of the status of my order at all times.
Also, it arrived before the expected deadline.
The packaging was of high quality so despite being a product that could deteriorate, it arrived in perfect condition.

My problem is dragging on for more than 1 year now. Alternate offers services for a certain price then overcharges you after it's done. Also, I've sent the components I bought with them to their technical team to assemble my computer, but one component simply disappeared (wasn't installed nor sent back). So I not only paid for an SSD card but also for its installation and I ended up without any. When questioned, they said they'd send me the money back, but never did and simply stopped answering to my emails (last one I received was from 06.2023). I wrote several times to all the addresses provided and nobody cares to solve my case. Stay away from this business, it's unreliable and disorganized.

Great Product. Delivery when promised. BUT - the package was delivered very damaged and split. UPS obviously had no care of the package and there was no additional carton or packaging. It’s amazing the machine was not damaged and actually works.

Order kept getting delayed. After almost one month I canceled the order.
They only gave me a partial refund even though I never received anything

Everything was ok but I will prefer the item to be shipped by a less expensive courier company saying so bc 19 in shipping fees it's really a lot.
My suggestion will be for alternate Germany to decentralize operations and create hubs in places like Spain that will cover france Spain and Portugal

Alternate owe me a refund for the item I returned. For three weeks they cannot do it. When I call customer service, they promise to help but do nothing. Alternate has not returned the money for three weeks and does not answer emails. Terrible service.

I've made four purchases over last few years and it was a great experience on every occasion.
Got relatively valuable items delivered to Croatia in just a few days.
They answered all my pre and after sale questions quickly (in english).

I bought the glass side panel for my pc, everything went smooth, and the panel arrived with no problems and no damages, they even send me an e-mail letting me know the panel will come in 18 days and if i am not agree i can cancel the order.
