I placed my order 2 weeks ago and a provider wrote my prescription 9 days ago. I have still not received any shipping information and altrx is blaming “the pharmacy fulfillment queue” but when I asked what pharmacy is filling my prescription they wrote back: “We can’t provide the name of the pharmacy fulfilling your prescription.” Which just screams scam. I honestly don’t think they’ve sent my prescription anywhere because they’re being audited by the fda for multiple violations. Do not give this company your money! It’s a scam! And now you’ve replied offering to fix your errors but why does it take me lambasting you across the internet to get you to do right by me?? This is really bad behavior for a supposed healthcare organization. My case number is ADA-J28LL53O

My experience with them was great did take about 3 to 4 days for my prescriptions to be approved. After was approved I received shipping couple hours later was supposed to be delivery on Tuesday but ended coming on Wednesday no big deal. Everything so far has been great.

I have been shocked by all of the negative reviews as well… my experience has been great so far! I opted to just pay one month at a time, so hoping there are not any issues with that. Nothing so far. The shipment came quickly and even though I was a day late picking up the package myself- it was still cold from the ice pack and was in a styrofoam cooler. Instructions, syringes, alcohol wipes, everything… they made it simple and straight forward so I didn’t have any confusion about what to do when starting the doses.

Bummed so many people have had such a different experience. It gives me pause and a little anxiety that things could go south, but so far I’m really happy and will stick with them as long as it continues as is.

Three weeks in and have lost over 5 lbs. really happy so far. No side effects. Tirz + b12

Company sends products that you don't want and/or have agreed to. For example: they sent me tirzepitide w/B12. Mixture is not FDA approved and can have many side effects. I threw away more than $700 dollars on something that I am not going to use. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM!

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. Terrible communication, incompetent and terrible at follow up. I expressed a concern with my prescription and they stated they would follow up with me and never did. It was weeks until I heard from someone. I asked for a refund as I never received the product and that took them several days to respond to as well. Terrible!!

Placed my order on June 23. Spoke to Doc and she answered all my questions and sent RX to Pharmacy. It’s now June 16th and no tracking info, no order. I’m calling the bank. Don’t order from this company!

Ordered, paid on July 8th. It is now July 16th, and no shipment has been made.

Still no shipment date, Alt Rx responded to my post saying to supply them with my email so they could get my shipment to me, but provided no way to get them that information.

Was approved June 28, paid for, but I’ve not received the medication. No tracking number attached to the order. I’d been in communication with them early July, they were expediting the order as of July 3, still nothing. I’ve reached out via the portal and via telephone and there’s been zero response. Now, because of this I’ve missed two doses of trezepatoid and that last four months of building up my dose are all for nothing.
Don’t use this company!

They have answered every one of my questions in a timely manner. My medication shipped yesterday and will arrive today. Customer service has been great. Ive had nothing but positive experiences with AltRx.
I'll post again when it comes time to reorder. It seems like that's when most people have problems.
So far, I am most pleased with Altrx It takes a week once your prescription reaches the pharmacy, before the order ships. They count business days not weekends, so it seems like a long time before your meds actually ship. I am going to post another review when it's time to reorder in case there is any problem with over charging.

Do not use this company , they charged my card when they were notsupposed to, have to fightfor a refund, then they sent the medication warm with only one ice pack, cant use that medication, they ssid its fine to use, it was 7 day shipping, im not using that, fighting again to get a refund and the prices are inconsitant and no communicstion, do not do not use this company.

I started to gain weight after taking Compounded Tirzepatide from this company. I feel either the doctor that prescribed my medication sent the wrong dosage or the medication that they sent was cheap, expired and ineffective. I didn’t have any issues with the medication from the previous company I was with and regret leaving. I don’t recommend Altrx. You will be wasting your money.

This company will get your first month prescription written, filled and sent overnight to you at your discounted rate. After that it takes days to get a new prescription after you submit for a new one, they will take your money, that is more that what your first month was, as quickly as they can and then not send your prescription. They tell you "Its okay dont worry" when you requested your prescription 2 weeks ahead of time, they have your money but you dont get your medicine. They will also tell you they can not give you your money back because its to late. Its not to late because after 2 weeks ita still not been filled. This company is not a legit business, I recommend not doing business with them because you will lose out on your time and money

altRx is unreliable and has absolutely the worst ever customer service. I used them once and will never go back. Their customer service level is egregiously bad and incompetent.

I placed my order on June 29th and still have not even received a tracking number. I am so disappointed in choosing this company. They are now just blowing me off. If there's a problem with the pharmacy then be honest. If you're behind bc you have a flood of orders then be honest. They give you vague answers. Instead of giving me an estimation of when the f I'm going to receive my order. I wouldn't recommend this co to anyone. How are they rated amongst the top weight loss co's is beyond me. I am so mad

I just feel robbed! They offered a deal for Trizepetide too good to be true and it was. I joined a monthly plan but once I gave them my credit card number they took $1500 all at once and made no disclosure they were going to do that. I got no medical form or medical guidance on my dosage. Instead I got a text message that my prescription was put into a pharmacy. They said I would receive the medication in 3 days. That was last week and I haven’t heard a word Since and they won’t respond to my inquiries .Twice I was lied to on the web site.

The customer service rep. I spoke with was very short with me, when I explained my situation about returning or refunding my money I understand why, but when I asked for medical help she said their was nothing they could do. I was very disappointed with how my case was handled. And looking back at my portal all communications have been deleted to the support team and the Doctor.

I have been on ALTRX for a short time.I took my second dose yesterday actually.I have had zero issues.Signing up was a breeze.I paid VIA Affirm.So, they cannot auto renew
I have read all of these messages, and I am glad I didn't come here first.
I ordered and was approved and in a week I got my package.Very well packed and very cold.The 3 month $432 deal.I have talked to them on the site and I have had a call to see how I am doing.

I was approved July 5th. I'm still waiting for RX. RIDICULOUS. if course they have been paid since the 4th. I get a text once in awhile where I text them back. I'm on there m their app but there's no way of speaking with anyone on there. My tracking info never seen showed up in the app. They are in Texas. It's not like they are overseas.
I'll be going to the bank to dispute they charges due to never receiving the items.
I didn't expect this out oif this company .

I ordered a 3 month supply after a personal text asking what was stopping me. I now think it was AI. I was given Tirzepatide with B12 and it was shipped quickly. I received detailed information from a “doctor” and was told in repeated messages to reach out with any questions. Took first injection correctly but had reaction immediately. Most likely from the synthetic b12 BUT have had no clinical staff follow up. It’s been a month today and all I have been told is to stop all injections at this time. Support responds to say they are re-escalating case for severe reaction and once clinical responds with clear direction then they will discuss possible refund. I do not recommend this company. I’m even afraid the product may be compromised due to possible impurities due to the lack of information. I’ve questioned this after researching the compounded medications. Very bad company. Proceed at own risk.

Kept communication on the portal and just keep getting ‘we understand your frustration’ All I wanted was a tracking number and shipment date. They said the expedited with the pharmacy, still nothing. Have been waiting since June 30th. I have now requested a refund and they will not respond to me. Next step, call bank to report. Very disappointed. Had high hopes since their ratings were the highest.
