This company does not even deserve one star. Shame on me for thinking this company was reputable. I did some research but not enough. I spoke with someone (after a two hour wait) who assured me that I would receive the same dose I am currently taking (sent a picture of the bottle). When I received it-it was .05 mg which is a first introduction dose for glp1 users. I have been trying for two straight days to reach a live person to send this back or at least get a stronger dose sent to me. No one has responded via text,email, patient portal and certainly not by phone which has been busy the last 48 hours straight.
DONOT use this company!!!!!!!!

i cancelled their service many times but they still took $149 out of my bank on 7/13/26. unauthorized. i called them, they were rude and tefuse to do anything. its a scam. fraud unit of my bank will handle it now. they are a scam

If I could give no stars I would. My meds were supposed to be shipped next day air, it took 3 days and my meds were hot, not room temp but hot. My doctor said it’s unsafe to use a compound that is not cold so I called to ask for a new shipment and they told me I could use them and transferred me to a nurse hotline that was closed. Don’t use them they suck.

My first time ordering from AltRx. I was looking for a telehealth co that utilized the same pharmacy I was already using, and AltRx was one of the ones. Originally I ordered through the FSA site, and ordering through AltRx was almost a 3rd of the cost I spent the first 3 months through the FSA site. Agreeing with others, it does state they won't charge you until approved, but they immediately do - that's the reason for the 4 star over the 5. Otherwise, everything else ran smoothly. I ordered 7/5 and received it today, 7/13. I will have to see what happens in 3 months when I need to obtain a refill if the price increases or stays the same. I paid through Afterpay, so they can't renew without my approval.

They shipped my GLP1s to Texas problem is I live in Ohio! I was due for an injection almost 2 weeks ago. My “care team” messages are always the same response, they are trying to correct the problem and get my meds to me. I’ve called customer service at least 6 times left messages asked for calls back but haven’t been able to talk to anyone!

I filled in the form to get information about GLP-1 options. You can't get any information until you fill in the form which includes my credit card information. I did not know what dosage they would recommend and what the cost would be. I expected to be contacted by a medical provider - probably an NP. No one contacted me and the next thing I know my prescription is on the way and I've been charged $400. I never talked to anyone about dosage or cost. I'm going to dispute the charge with the credit card company.

Fantastic customer service! I had a quick question about tracking my delivery, and their support team responded within an hour with all the details. The product quality is top-notch. Highly recommend

Such bad reviews but I have a great experience with this company. Not bad for the price either and great customer service.

They double charged me $432, then refused to correct the error. Instead, they told me it was a pre authorization that should simply fall off my bank account after a few business days. As a result of this lazy and inconsiderate response, I cancelled my order of Trizepitide. Now I’m waiting for $864 in preauthorizations to fall off. Poor business practices!!!!

Same as everyone else, my initial payment was $129 with a promise of no increase in price even if the dose increases. Second month they charged me $299 without notification and refuse to refund. See below from them:
Here’s the pricing clarification:
- $129 was an initial discounted price on your first month.
- $299 was the refill price you were charged previously.
- As of the pricing update that was approved effective June 26 and after, 1-month Tirzepatide refills are now a fixed $149 per month and do not increase with dose changes.

On the refund: since the $299 charge was a prior refill price (before the June 26 pricing update), it would not be refunded as a pricing error based on the program pricing at that time.

Do not use this company or enter your card information. They will charge what they want without approval

Still waiting for my meds to “process” a week after I received approval. And they respond to your texts 1-2 days later. Worst customer service in the industry. Stay away. Too many options out there

I am writing this review to document my recent, highly disappointing experience with AltRx. I placed an order for their services on July 6, 2026, with the expectation of professional and timely service.

Unfortunately, the experience failed to meet basic consumer expectations in several key areas:

**Failure to Deliver**"
Despite prompt payment, my order was never shipped, and no tracking information was provided.
***Lack of Communication***
Following my payment, I attempted multiple times to contact support via email and phone to inquire about the status of my order, but I received no meaningful response or proactive updates from the team
***Resolution Hurdles***
After enduring days of silence and waiting, I was forced to request a cancellation. It took significant effort and multiple follow-ups to receive any confirmation that the order was cancelled in their system.
***Questionable Refund Practices**"
Upon finally confirming the cancellation, the company refused to refund the full amount paid ($149.00), choosing to withhold a $35.00 "telehealth fee" despite the fact that I never received the promised service or medication
***The lack of transparency***
The inability to provide timely service, and the company's decision to penalize the consumer for a failed service delivery have destroyed my trust in this organization.
I strongly caution others to research this company thoroughly before proceeding with any orders. I am currently in the process of resolving this through my financial institution.

The product is decent and does what it’s supposed to do, but the shipping took nearly two weeks to arrive. It’s an okay purchase, just don't expect fast delivery

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. I placed my order almost two weeks ago, and it still hasn’t even shipped. I’ve reached out multiple times asking for an update, but I can’t get any shipment information or a clear answer about when my order will be sent.

The complete lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. Because of this, I canceled my order and purchased the same product from another company.

I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company. If you expect timely shipping, honest communication, and good customer service, I would look elsewhere.

Pricing said $107 per month but they took the entire annual cost out initially. Initally was just a hold placed on my account so when I realized what they did, I emailed and texted immediately ro cancel. The order gas bit shipped yet. They told me they can't cancel or refund the amount since they had already approved me and sent it to pharmacy. Currently disputing with my bank. Check all reviews before ordering

I tried one month at $129 and everything was great. When it came time to renew I filled out my check in doc and left a note to not place a new order until we talk about prices, I wanted to change my payment method, and wanted to switch from B12. They acknowledged not placing a new order and sent me the requested info. During our chats I got a charge for one month at $149. I immediately messaged and said to cancel the order that I did not authorize and we weren’t done going over my questions. They said no problem and confirmed they canceled the order. I came to a decision on what I wanted to order, 6mos at $130 a month and changed my card. A few days later one month shows up (not cold mind you) I emailed asking about the refund. They tried to play dumb so I sent all the old messages. They acknowledged the mistake but said they can’t refund because I already got the meds. Like wtf?!?

So make this make sense to me…

altRx made an unauthorized charge for an order I did not place. I immediately cancelled this unauthorized order (so before I got the meds) and I was told it cancelled. But since altRx still sent this fraudulent order I’m somehow supposed to be responsible for it??

I purchased a month supply I thought for $89. On 7/4 I was charged $432. I contacted them the same day, just hours from being charged. I alerted them I felt tricked by the obscene costs. They said they would take care of this and refund and understood my concern. Today it’s 7/11/26, how many days does it take to refund? They ghosted me for a some days and then finally reached out and said they are trying to reach the pharmacy to stop the order so they could refund. Now I wonder how legit this pharmacy is that they can’t even reach them to stop and order or even get information “a Week Later” to refund?!?! Not sure AltRx is honorable. Think twice, before ordering and watch your order costs. Take a screen shot of everything to have proof. I’m having to go outside them to get help to get my money back that I believe was a “Bait & Switch”, tricked order.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. They approved my semaglutide prescription and charged me without consulting me first. This was my first encounter with them. I was already on tirzepatide compound for a year now and only wish to continue it elsewhere cheaper and not having to pay $400/month. Unfortunately, I think their NP's and MD's don't exist as they don't consult with you first before approving your prescription and sending your meds. There was no in-person or online assessment or intake.

I thought I hit the jackpot on a better price for Tirzepatide but sadly it became a nitemare after they just took my payment and then the local in state phone numbers changed to overseas call centers. They don't respond to your messages on the portal and ypu don't get tracking numbers for medication! So now I am out money and have empty promises from customer service people that barely speak english from a script.

I canceled Altrx on June 15, 2026 according to their instructions for cancelation per their website and received confirmation via email. This week a delivery of medication was made to me along with charges to my credit card. I immediately questioned Altrx and confirmed that I had canceled the subscription and had not placed a new order nor had I authorized a shipment of more medication or charges. After disputing the charges for the last few days, I just received an email that they will not refund the charges because the medication has been delivered — medication that I did not order nor indicate that I wanted charged to my credit card, weeks after they confirmed via email my cancelation. BUYER BEWARE
