Altus Group and in our companies case in particular our Account Manager, Sana always keep me updated on progress with our rate reviews. Saving our business 100`s of thousands over the past 8 years navigating what is by design a difficult process on our behalf.

The team at Altus are fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and prompt.

Our company had a concerning experience with Altus Group. We were offered a "no win, no fee" contract, which we accepted and signed. However, after two years of no work being completed, we were unexpectedly charged cancellation fees.

Based on our experience, we advise others to carefully scrutinize any documents and agreements with Altus Group. It’s important to ensure all documents are legitimate to avoid similar situations.

I have put a request for our company solicitor to take them to court.

Scammers rushed me to sign and didn't submit an application and said no win no fee and hit me with £4500 bill for doing absolutely nothing

Hi I have been contacted by Altus group last 2 years ago promising to lower my business rates and they kept saying to me to arrange a no obligation meeting to lower the business rates and they sent someone down and the person they sent said there's no fees to pay and they said I had to sign a contract before the deadline on the day via e sign however after signing the contract I have done some research and spoke to a few businesses and heard that they are a company who scammed people and charged them for doing nothing so I did not send them any of thier requested information they needed from me to proceed an application so they haven't processed any application to the government as I refused to give them anything to act and they kept on pestering me and now they're asking me to pay £4343 plus vat for absolutely nothing

Your customer service and attention to detail has been faultless

I cancelled this company's services 11 months ago! Despite numerous requests to stop sending invoices, they continue to bombard me with bills during last 2 month (almost 7 months from cancelling services). It's clear they're trying to pull a fast one.

This is nothing short of fraudulent. Avoid this company at all costs. They are con artists who have no regard for their customers.

I demand an immediate stop to these harassing invoices.
