We purchased a 5m x 5m automatic, louvered pergola with screen blinds from AlunoTec 3 years ago and couldn't be happier with our experience! Very well priced for a quality and strong build that is suitable for a coastal location. From start to finish, the process of designing, ordering, quality control and shipping was simple and Connie was incredibly helpful and responsive to our many questions. The product I received is of top quality. Packaging was really great. No damage noticed. Everything is working as expected. Customer service is top notch. Leebit was always there to answer my questions. If she doesn’t know, she would contact the engineer and respond back. I will definitely recommend purchasing with them.

Rarely do I leave reviews, however, Alunotec's pergola went above and beyond my expectations. The pergola boasts top-notch quality, with thick aluminum and easy assembly. The louvers can be opened and closed using a remote or the app on a phone. Additionally, the service provided was excellent, with the representative being incredibly patient in answering all my inquiries. Special thanks to Chloe for the outstanding assistance in beautifying my yard.

A fantastic sales team in Katrina and Scott, and excellent engineering of the product. I ordered 4 motorized and wi-fi enabled screens for my 12x16 pergola, and AlunoTec did an amazing job in fulfilling my order.

Katrina was highly responsive and helpful right from the beginning when I had a lot of basic and crucial questions about the product and the process, and Scott got involved a little later to answer all my technical questions patiently and thoroughly.

They sent over documentation, photographs, videos, and live pics to illustrate and demonstrate how each part worked, and the engineering which required accuracy at a fraction of a millimeter level was up to the mark. Katrina and Scott provided exemplary service through-out the process, including shipping questions and support AFTER the product arrived and was installed.

I can understand the concerns or skepticism in ordering a product like this remotely, but I can say very confidently that AlunoTec has it handled both in terms of customer satisfaction and cost-effectiveness. I highly recommend AlunoTec to potential buyers.

From the start my experience with Alunotec professional and efficient. I dealt with one person from the beginning and Scott was very knowledgeable & helpful from design to construction of my Pergola to the delivery from China to Ireland, door to door.
