Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave a review — we're sorry for the confusion around your delivery!
We experienced a one-off technical issue that unfortunately prevented your tracking details from being sent out before your order arrived. This is not the standard experience we provide, and we're pleased to confirm it has since been fully resolved.
We can see your item has been successfully delivered, and we hope you're enjoying it! If you ever have any questions about a future order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly — we're always happy to help.
Thanks again for your patience, and we hope to see you again soon!

Great product at a great price
First off the price was the best I could find, even with the very reasonable post and packing it was cheaper than any other supplier. Service was very good too, ordered on the Internet, paid using PayPal, got my goodies in 2 days. 5 stars, highly recommend.

Excellent Experience from Order to Delivery
I recently purchased an NVMe SSD from Alva PC, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From finding the right component on their store to the final delivery straight to my address, everything was completely seamless.
The checkout process was quick and straightforward, and they kept me well-informed with tracking updates along the way.
My SSD arrived fast, perfectly packaged to ensure it wouldn't get damaged in transit, and worked flawlessly right out of the box.
It is incredibly refreshing to buy from a company that handles order fulfillment so professionally and clearly values its customers. If you are looking for reliable PC parts, great pricing, and hassle-free shipping, I highly recommend Alva PC.
They have definitely earned a repeat customer!
