I love the masks and like the company
I love the masks and like the company; but the use of DHL for delivery is problematic. The order is eventually delivered by the post office. The post office is having staffing issues and is having to hire people who are not qualified. UPS and FedEx are more reliable these days. Perhaps the change in the federal administration will help things to improve.

Beautiful masks...Since I have to wear them, I might as well make the best of it!
Beautiful masks...If I need to wear them, I'm happy to purchase them from Alycandy. They are soft, beautiful colors, and have a great variety featuring my favorite animal - the owl! I am a clinical therapist who sees people in person and therefore I have to wear a mask most days. I've become known for the variety of owl masks I wear. The material is wonderful and doesn't make me feel as if I'm being smothered. And the price and shipping time are both reasonable. Thank you for making my job a little easier!

We have ordered masks 4 times from Alycandy and we truly love them and have used a lot of them as gifts and all of those who receive the gifts immediately requested the name of the place we purchased them because they’re comfortable, they have good room for a filter and their designs are beautiful, all their stuff is beautiful!
If you’re hesitant about buying masks online, don’t pay these guys are terrific, thank you may you all be safe and healthy in 2021…

I have about 10 of their masks
I have about 10 of their masks. They are unique designs & well made. 2 layers of tightly woven cloth with a 5 layer carbon filter inserted in between. It seals around the face. It is comfortable.

Cat-Themed Patterned Christmas Masks
I love my two Christmas masks with a cat-themed pattern. I was worried that the bright colors would either fade or run together after repeated washing; they don't! The brilliant colors and patterns stay the same as the first day that I received these colorful masks. I have received compliments on the mask with the black cat.

I have ordered Alcandy mask in the past…
I gave them 2 stars recently because the order was delayed and since it was seasonal, this was frustrating plus they asked for a review before I got the masks. I have ordered 3 times because I like their masks better than anyone else's. It has 2 strong layers--the inside a soft cotton and the outside a silky feeling polyester or nylon material that makes it comfortable. The designs are great. They wash well.

Never got my package but they charged…
Never got my package but they charged my credit card for product. Tried to track delivery but web page no longer exists. Very unsatisfied with this company. There is no way for me to contact them about the product.

Not pleased
Not pleased. I spent approx $80.00 dollars and the mask are too big. I can't not return them if I ordered the wrong size. I would not recommend this company.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, our products do not meet your satisfaction.
About the mask size, we only make a medium size so they can not perfectly fit for everyone and the size chart has already stated on the website. In this case, we can not accept return and replace you because our masks have one size only. If they are not too big, we appreciate you fix it for a better fit by tying the straps then hide the knots inward.

These masks are EXCELLENT
These masks are great! Effective on their own and the filters fit perfectly in the pocket! We have 2 people in healthcare and one in retail in my house, so we're all in masks all the time. These are not only functional but SO CUTE! And so many options! Truly something for every taste, even my own snarky sense of humor. And the instagram admin is a DELIGHT to interact with. All around, highly recommend. Very highly! I ordered 10 already and will be getting more for sure :)

I loved the masks
