Amaysim have been taking money from my bank
Amaysim have been taking money from my account after confirming that I do not have auto renew and also refused to refund me as I had used my phone before realising I had numerous charges to my account... Hard to not use my phone when that's how I access amaysim and also my bank accounts Ive now had to change banks and cancel my old one just to stop this from happening again they admitted to it being a company fault but explained I had to wear the outcome and there was nothing they could do or wanted to do I have been waiting over a week for my call back that probably will never happen avoid amaysim at all costs it's not worth the crappy management and the app is very hit and miss sometimes unable to access it or it having a mind of its own dealt with 2 customer service representatives and was told I'd be contacted asap by someone that could possibly help and get a proper understanding of what's happened and it never has happened amaysim are absolute jokes and no better than any other service provider when it come to "deals"
Over 10 Years of Great Service
I've been using Amaysim for 10 years, since I was in high school, and it's been great. Affordable plans, smooth transaction, really helpful customer service. They recently helped me with my mum's plan and went above and beyond for getting the issue sorted.

Bad gone ROTTON.
Truthfully I am reluctant to give even 1 star to this lot . They used to be good five years ago when I first started using them but as time went on the service and customer service have declined to a point that is now a bad joke. Full of false promises, robotized email responses to any questions and a merry-go-round of useless uninformative web pages not to mention the crippled Carrier speeds and non competitive pricing the best advice I could give anyone is to stay away from Amaysim.

I’m paying for 3 SIM but only use two- they’ve stuffed
I am paying for 3 SIM but we only have two phones! Someone at Amaysim has stuffed up and they won’t fix their errors or credit the amounts back. I first noticed this months back, now I’ve been trying to get hold of them via email and website. I have had 3 long drawn out phone calls from a representative who has quite frankly been useless and unable to resolve the problem. I urge you to use another provider, they maybe cheap but Amaysim is definitely not worth the stress if things go wrong.

We (2 people) subscribed with Amaysim for one year. The first 9 months we lived in remotely Kimberley WA. The overall signal was poor and we thought that the Optus tower was malfunctioning. But the times that other people were receiving calls we could hear the caller but the caller couldn't hear us. After numerous communications with Amaysim service we gave up and used Skype. Now, we returned to Melbourne and we are still experiencing the same problem. We called Amaysim service but again they failed to resolve the problem so we changed provider.
Also, Amaysim does not have the call over internet facility.
Very bad career
I'm on holiday in Australia for a while and I needed a sim card both for doing some work and to talk to my family. I've purchased a sim card by amasym but it has been impossible to activate it. The telephone support is not able to help, at each call they say something different! I've asked for a refund, but I have lost 7 days!

I am on holiday in Australia from Europe and bought a SIM card from Amaysim. Something went wrong with the activation process and when I tried to get it fixed was told that the time to fix this would be 5 DAYS. This is crazy.. they were not able to refund me so that I could just buy another SIM card to fix the problem I could only get a credit that could be used on the next renewal.

Advertised $60 365sim plans on Black Friday due to end 25th Nov, on 23rd Nov changed the price to $99....pack of scammers! Pay a little more elsewhere, get better service!

Ripped off
I have been using Amaysim for 3 years and will cancel my plan after this month to move to a better provider. Every time a payment fails, they IMMEDIATELY cancel your plan. One payment failed to come through so I put some money on my card and restarted my plan the same day but they already had deleted the over 700 GB !!!! of data I had accumulated in my data bank even though they initially said it is just "frozen". Disgusting lies.

Amaysim sent me a reminder that my phone will no longer be supported on their 3g network.
With that reminder came an offer for a free phone. A P650 64gb was in my hand a week later. Even the postage was free.

Very easy to setup, use and monitor
Very easy to setup, use and manage my account and the kids accounts. Never even had to talk to anyone about anything. It's all that straight forward that you don't ever need to talk to anyone!
Coverage is great and the easy top up and monitoring allows me to keep an eye on the kids spends.

Completely unscrupulous and irresponsible company who blamed my bank for overcharging me, my new cell for the poor reception and delayed texts and even the network provider for others not receiving msgs. I blame MYSELF for choosing Amasim, I feel utterly taken for a ride and ashamed to have put business trust in them.
--> Like a cheap airline this painful company is fine when everything is set up and luckily runs smoothly, But don't expect any help or conveniences if you have even the most minor queries or issue with their cheap and convoluted services.
Very happy customer
I joined Amaysim in 2012 and am a very happy customer. Their prices are super reasonable compared with the bigger players, it’s pretty reliable and I’ve always found the customer services guys respond quickly if there’s ever a problem (which is rare).
I’ve encouraged my family and a couple of friends to move to them and none have opted to leave, which says it all I think. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
