Compliance Technical Watch Problem

Hi, I'm from Turkey Istanbul. I bought AmazFit Gts Mini Black Watch from Forum Istanbul Saat Saat Store in 06.05.2022. I used just 1 month my watch. Because inspite of it has %60 caharge, it's screen shut off and didn't work anymore. I delivered my watch same store in Forum Istanbul Saat Saat in 13.06.2022. Today 22.09.2022 and they didn't delivere watch to me. They always says we are resetting your watch or technical service is not authorized from this Amazfit brand. we are not fixing the watch. I payed 1699 TL for this watch but i used it just 1 month and they dont give my money. I want to ask something that if you dont have any Authorized Technical Service in Turkey Istanbul. Why do you sell your products in this Country and why dont you give this information to who want to buy this watches. Second question If you can not fix your watches why dont you give the money back to people.Because They pay money for they wouldn't use something. I would like to have my money back please. For your information. Thank you
