I asked to swap my watch by one listed by them on Chrono24
They ask me how much I'm willing to pay, I make an offer, they counter offer and I finally accept.
After this, they come back saying that they want 200 euros more due a "mistake" in their valuation.
I make notice that they should keep the word given and after all 200 euro is not a big amount and it's ideal that they stick to the word given to a client, especially considering that we are talking about a part exchange, therefore they have double profit.
Despite this, they refuse to go head with what agreed.
Greedy and unprofessional.
