If I could give minus thousands 0…

If I could give minus thousands 0 stars, I would. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I am very glad Jeff loose 20 billion. One day he would lose his full company with our prayers. As they are treating us like animal. He is providing cheap Customer service.Customer are complaining not received parcel. They are not opening doors not attending calls and blaming to drivers. Crying for 1 pence. I don't know why they are doing these kind of cheap things with drivers.

If I could give 0 stars

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My account was deactivated simply because I chose not to renew my insurance while on holiday, planning to sort it when I returned. It’s now been 3-4 months, and despite countless calls, all I get is the same excuse — ‘wait 5 working days’ — yet nothing ever happens. Absolutely fed up with their incompetence. Avoid this company at all costs

It's a shit gig

It's a shit gig. Of all the gigs I've done, this is the worst. They will make you drive 1 hour to deliver shit to customers for $97, $50 is already spent on Gas alone. It's not worth it.

I worked for number of years on and…

I worked for number of years on and off.
But last week they deactivated my account by accusing me that I didn't do ages verification. I always maintained above standard ratings and followed flex app instructions all time. They are worst people to work for. Be aware they just finish you by saying you didn't do age verification. So many drivers have deactivated this way easy weapon age verification. Also they don't provide you any evidence other than emailing you that you didn't do age verification I'd check.

STAY AWAY!!

Please for the love of god do not sign up to Amazon flex. Terrible pay and will send you as far away as they want, tonight I had a 130 miles round trip for £64 which after business insurance and fuel was probably only around £40, don’t get me wrong you can get the odd good route close to home but the majority of the time it’s dreadful routes. Depending on where you live they are happy to send inexperienced drivers who are just wanting a little extra cash into city centres and places over an hour drive away. If you cannot deliver a parcel it doesn’t matter where you are you must drive back to factory to return it with no extra pay.
If your wanting some extra cash I recommend food deliveries (JustEat, UberEats etc) pay is roughly the same and it’s 100x more chilled and easier.

DO NOT SIGN UP ITS NOT WORTH IT!!

Amazon flex won't pay my earnings

I have been working as an Amazon flex delivery driver for 6 weeks. Amazon flex didn’t pay my earnings. They don't explain why they can't pay me and they shamelessly advise me to be patient. Because of the company's uncaring attitude, I had to cancel my business because I couldn't get fuel for my car. They victimised me a lot.

It's not worth the stress and long…

It's not worth the stress and long distance you have to travel to deliver parcels. They don't pay you for distance, and it's hard at times to get onto support. The money they pay you is only sufficient for fuel. 3.5 hrs for £45-50 is robbery.

the app never works properly

the app never works properly. Despite not having Edinburgh ticked in the filter I still get JUST FOR YOU - EDINBURGH offers which is a joke. There are people abusing this app with BOTS so you never get jobs despite a high standing. It is shocking from amazon. Customer service is a bad joke too. They merely send you an email back asking for the same details and info you already sent.

Modern day slavery

Modern day slavery. Amazon is a vile company who treat their delivery drivers like scum. Do not sign up to drive for Amazon flex, you will not make money, you will be paying to deliver their service. They take advantage of those of us who need to pay our rent and bills. I feel utterly used. So sad the world has come to this.

Amazon should be sued and closed down…

Amazon should be sued and closed down with all his revenue stripped off him. No human, animal or even a tree should ever be subjected into this advanced well decorated modern slavery which I know it certainly is. I just started yesterday as a driver but I don’t even know if I made any profit not even a penny but my losses were more.

Do to others what you would expect from them and you think it’s just a common sentence? It will surely come back to you or any of you blood relatives. These I assure, mark my words.

I don’t ever write reviews but I thought the world should know. I am withdrawing all my accounts flex, prime, groceries etc with you, most of which I pay subscription to for over 5yrs.

I doubt if you are human at all but certainly a tragedy from the underworld. If you do not see all these reviews and make a positive change soon then you should await your time Of reconning soon.

Cheers

You are utterly disposable

After reading all the negative reviews, I thought it was just people overreacting. They are not.

I've been doing it for months, at the highest standard you can be, then after one block with some customers claiming they did not receive their parcel, my account was deactivated with no chance to defend myself, and no information given about which parcels etc were claimed to be not delivered.

This was after, during the time I worked as a flex driver, having taken parcels 45 minutes out of my way back to the depot that weren't even supposed to be on my delivery block, taking customers parcels in for them when they struggled to do it for themselves etc.

You think you're doing great, to one day wake up to them terminating your contract basically saying they'd rather lose a flex driver than a customer, so they believe the customer.

The app is good, the job is not good

The app is good, the role itself is easy to apply for (there’s no interview process, just some background checks, it took 7 days for me to go from no flex to driving for Amazon) Inshur insures you at 80p per hour.

However, I worked 2 blocks. I earned £97. But I spent £50 on fuel, £32 on insurance, it took me 30 minutes to drive to the depot, my first block I took an hour longer than I was ‘paid’ for, but it was in my local town so I accepted that and wasn’t too bothered, but the second block was INSANE - deep countryside, dirt track country roads, the last drop was an hour away from home at 8:30pm and in middle of nowhere! It was raining, dark, bad roads, and felt unsafe. The mobile internet reception was bad and I was lucky to stumble on a sign for the motorway which would get me back safe. I realised, the amount of money spent on fuel, insurance, the time for travelling, the unpredictability of where you may actually end up delivering, having no control over the drop order (the app plans your drop route), and the inevitable wear and tear on your car/vehicle from doing so many miles (on bad roads!) Amazon seem to be offering a golden egg but really it’s taking advantage of desperate people and it’s extremely cheap labour for Amazon (they don’t offer mileage/fuel allowance)

It may work for some people, but after 8 hours driving over 2 days on a weekend I was EXHAUSTED, a bit stressed, and it affected my weekly day job as I was so tired on Monday. Plus I only made about £5 profit 😂🤦🏻‍♀️

Would not recommend.

Bad “support” managers are rude

Bad “support” managers are rude. I experienced discrimination and their flex card banking app has just as $hitty of “service” as their driver support! This program shouldn’t be allowed to exist as it currently does!

4 hour shifts aren't worth it

Haven't had many problems with Flex. The Morrisons flex jobs are a pain, having to take the groceries to your car with up to 30+ bags. Not worth it.
If you're going to do it, I'd recommend do the 3 hours or 3 and half hour shifts. Can do 4 hour shifts but not worth it imo. You can do 3/3 half shifts in much less time, can do them half hour or hour faster than the time allocated. Just try and avoid rush hour. A bit of money on the side of isn't bad.

Discrimination DOI3

Am from Brampton. Am an amazon flex delivery partner. Today Sep  14 2024 my block was from 3.15 to 6.15 AM. I came to the pick up location by 3:00 AM which is 15mins ahead of my scheduled and checked in by 3:00 AM. I was first driver in the queue and have been waiting for 30mins. There were 10 drivers behind me who were all Pujabi and speaks hindi, but they all received the packages and started leaving by that time. When i went i checked with the team they said its Technical issue and the people who were giving the packages to them were Pujabi and the team lead was also Punjabi. I was not getting proper answer when i asked them why i havent been given the packages, as i came first. Immediately i have called driver Support and escalated the same and raised ticket for the same and also remove my block without affecting my standing and getting paid as this is not an issue on my side. I would like to stop this kind of Discrimination happening in a such a huge organization.
