Amazon.com.be has big problems with delivery.
They rarely respect the delivery date.
I was using Amazon.it and Amazon.de and it was all perfect. I order almost everything by Amazon.
Amazon.com.be i don't like at all. To much disappointments with delivery.

Ordered a keyboard with Amazon. The wrong keyboard was shipped to me. I followed the prescribed return procedure. On reception, Amazon claimed that I didn’t return the correct keyboard and thus refused the refund. Well of course it was not the correct keyboard, how smart can one be….Some emails followed, where I attached pictures to support my statement. No further reaction from Amazon….

Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing Titles Request

Description of issue or inquiry:

A large number of our works are not fully published to the Amazon.com
marketplace. We ask that each work be fully published.

We wish to escalate our complaint to Jeff Bezos.

Several of our works have been removed from the Amazon marketplace. We
have not received assistance.

Each of our titles is currently removed cyclically from publication.
We have repeatedly received no assistance from Amazon Kindle Direct
Publishing. When we submit new versions of our titles, Amazon Amazon
Kindle Direct Publishing's automated system blocks our titles from
publication.

A supervisor told us that we could expect to receive assistance to
restore our locked titles. We are currently awaiting the restoration
of every title to the Kindle platform.

As our publications range across a large number of Kindle Volumes, we request that your services make examinations of our Kindle Catalogue.

A large number of these publications are either blocked from publication, or are marked as being In Review.

Waiting for more than two months for my package,
no clue, no proof of sending, no tracking possibilities, no name of post-service, NO TRUST anymore!

I ordered Skate Shoes for my daughter and the color was pink in the order and received a black one. It was the third mistake and I just closed my account.

Horrible experience. It never happened before with amazon un other regions.
My items didn't arrive twice and they refunded" my money but it never came to my account. Twice!!!! No product, no service and my money is lost.

Amazon Belgium needs more improvements. I ordered an item that took days to arrive and I wasn’t able to follow it with the DHL tracking code. I also returned an item but it took days to receive my refund! But on the French and German versions, everything go faster. I don’t think that I will take the Prime version, I prefer to keep the French one.

I have had a account for some years.
Bought many items.
But not any more.
I am done with this Co as it is near impossible to send a item back unless you have their App a printer, and you like talking to a moronic voice on a phone.
No wonder car boot sales are full of new items ,when it is so very very difficult to return a item.
So after years and repeated items bought i have FULLY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT.
If they make it easy to return, say a dedicated phone number i might rejoin.
But i dont think they want to make it easy.
So times up with this HORRIBLE co that makes it so hard to talk to good customers. Low and behold i was contacted on twit, and told how sorry they were, yea right.
And do this ,and do that ,and pick this ,and choose that ,but only after i create another account i closed because their returns,are IMPOSSIBLE!.
£22 of my 72 years old pension in amazons VERY BIG POCKET .
And they send me the wrong item, in a box with no packing ,where the item is bent in the middle?.
Amazon is a complete JOKE.

So bad.i canceled my amazon prime but took every month 2.99. Give my money back amazon!

Crooks & thieves. A cartload of crap - management & workers. I would avoid like the plague.

Horrendous!! A customer for +10 years and I am that mad at them, that I will stop ordering at Amazon all together.

Tried out Amazon.be - don't bother they aren't ready for business. Placed and order for "free" delivery today last week. For a week, every update said arriving today. Yesterday tacking gets turned off on their website. This morning, at 8.01 ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY they update the status to delivery next week. Yet despite this delay, they still advertise the same item as available for delivery within 2 days. So they can't deliver existing orders but will deliver new orders first? More likely anyone ordering won't get their delivery on the promised day either.

Any damage to an item, item delivered incorrectly, etc? Amazon will send you a return ticket or maybe even let you keep the item and send a new one so you get something in the correct condition!

Customer service is always very fast and friendly.
