Attempt to debit my credit card for Prime membership after I said NO

Today, Amazon.es attempted to debit my credit card for Prime membership, an initial €0.49, after I had clicked on No thanks.
I declined it in my credit card app, following which the Amazon screen went blank and I couldn't continue to pay for the articles.
When I tried again, back from the basket, again, I reached a blank payment screen asking for €0.49.
Support was clueless. I asked them to escalate.
A few hours later, I tried again, and the same happened again, except that this time, a link allowed me to continue to the normal checkout and pay for the articles without Prime.
A later reply from support was no more than blah blah even though this is dishonest and a clear violation of consumer law. This company is sinking further and further in its aggressive behaviour.

scammed via amazon account

scammed via amazon account. after contact they did not want to stop the shipments. on the contrary data stolen and account opened in canada. only answer try to get your money back via the bank

the delivery is always late

the delivery is not always on time, once i ordered my monitor, it was cracked and i contacted and they took 13 days to respond, i seriously dont recommend buying from here

WORST support ever!
Blocking my account with no reason 2nd time already, to un-lock it, I need to spend hours to try to reach their support and they are just dropping the call. Over and over and over again.

Take your money then send you shite and won't resolve

Ordered some expensive pet food for my poorly dog. Not only did it take ages to arrive but the 2 bags had no labels so I have no way of knowing if it's from the supplier and what it is / dose so clearly I'm not going to feed my dog unknown random stuff. Wasted 2 hours trying to get a refund with no luck so I'm expected to suck it up. They happily greedily grab your money then f@@k you over. No empathy or accountability.

AMAZON equals to SHIT

Amazon Spain is as corrupt as the countries they operate in. My package was lost. I am now to move heaven and earth to get a police report so that these imbeciles can refund me. CEO of this company, you must need my 127 euro deeply sick poor primitive people. AMAZON BYE BYE, I was a customer since day ONE, yeah thats a long time and lots of money spend. I now will never buy something with this company again!!!! Primitive very primitive apes.

Worst online shopping experience

Worst online shopping experience. I (an international customer) ordered multiple PC parts from amazon.es because local websites did not have them. Little did I know, this would be the start of a customer service nightmare. First, they refuse to pay import fees for 2 of the items and claim they were "lost" when I know they weren't. Then they scam me by sending a counterfeit item (this is NOT a mistake, the item was deliberately replaced with a non-functioning replica) and waste my time transferring me between agents who repeat the same things. Do not order from them.

Amazon – Convenience, Variety, and Trust All in One Place!

Amazon continues to be one of the best platforms for online shopping — and for good reason. The variety of products is incredible. You can find almost anything you need, from tech gadgets to books, home goods, clothing, and so much more. It really feels like having an entire shopping mall at your fingertips.

The shopping process is quick, smooth, and user-friendly, and delivery is consistently fast and reliable. I’ve even received orders in just two days, despite living in a remote area — something very few stores can pull off. Items always arrive well-packaged and in perfect condition.

One of the biggest advantages is the return policy — simple, transparent, and hassle-free. It gives me a lot of confidence when placing orders, knowing I won’t be stuck if something isn’t right.

On top of that, Amazon’s customer service is accessible and helpful. Every time I needed assistance, they handled the situation efficiently and professionally.

Overall, Amazon combines convenience, variety, great prices, and dependable service, which makes it my go-to platform for online shopping. I’ll definitely continue using it and recommending it to others without hesitation!

Amazon.es ‘lost’ my package

Amazon.es delivery ‘lost’ my package - do not use the Amazon 3rd party delivery service. If your package is obviously from a clothing vendor (I.e. ASOS) they will steal your package. Have fun with a bunch of maternity clothes delivery guy!

Subscribe and save is fraudulent

Subscribe and save is basically fraudulent, I have witnessed this behaviour on more than 10 occassions. I pay attention to the prices...they will always increase the price of your product, often up to 40% to your next delivery, and of course do not tell you about this price increase. Today they sent through an order to me at EUR 28.97, whereas you could setup a 10% discount option, right now, for 22.15 EUR, and the single purchase option was EUR 24.61. The only reason amazon get away with this is because people continue to accept this and don't notice it. Stop using subscribe and save ever! Or if you do just set it up for the initial discount, then cancel immediately.

Amazon Scammed Me

Amazon Scammed Me – Sent Wrong Item, Refused Refund

I trusted Amazon (amazon.es, which is Amazon EU S.a.r.l. established in Luxembourg) for a major purchase, but they completely failed me. I ordered a digital piano, yet they sent me a foldable crutch instead. When I reported the issue, they assured me it would be resolved, but that was a lie.

The package they sent falsely claimed the weight of a piano, but the item inside weighed less than 1 kg. While the piano had a length of around 1.30 m, the box had less than half that size. The Tracking ID of the package is the exact same they indicated as associated with the piano. I gave them all the proof of how their mistake was obvious, yet they refused my refund after I returned exactly what they sent.

Despite proof of their error, Amazon ignored my case, denied responsibility, only replied through automated responses and closed the matter. Now, I have neither my product nor my money and not even the foldable crutch (!)—pure fraud.

Amazon's customer support has been a nightmare to deal with. I contacted them multiple times via email and phone, only to receive scripted responses and no real help. Their email support dismissed my case with an automated reply, refusing further discussion. On the phone, I was repeatedly transferred between agents who either gave vague answers or closed the call saying this was beyond their hierarchy rank. Of course, finalizing with "is there anyting else I can help you with?". Besides the initial contact to recover the wrong item, at no point did Amazon take real steps to resolve their mistake, making it clear they would rather ignore a wronged customer than admit fault.

Beware: they will mess up your order and you may be left with nothing.
