I have been claiming for over a month a…

I have been claiming for over a month a charge that was wrongly debited from my bank account by these people. I have already filed several complaints on the platform via phone and email. It's outrageous—they still haven't refunded my money, and on top of that, every time I call, I have to explain the whole process again, even providing proof. This is how such a big company gets rich. It's depressing. But I won’t stop, no matter how little money it may seem to them.

Terrible company with terrible…

Terrible company with terrible shipping, 4 orders at different times and no delivery attempts have been made for any, all just get taken to a collection point saying delivery attempted which is bull considering I have been home and have cctv of the times they supposedly delivered it

They steel your money, stay clear from them

Please stay clear from them no matter the great deals that they offer. They steal money without sending you the product and later it is impossible to get the money back. The costumer service is a joke. You explain the situation and they respond always the same thing that they will contact you and they never do until soo much time passes that you can not ask for a refund. I ordered two items for a round 60 euros. The order was supposed to be send to the automatic delivery station. They forgot to send me the codes. I called them 4 times to get the codes ( which took one month), by the time I got the codes it was too late to pick up the order obviously ( they only allow 4 days). So I asked them for a refund. I called them another 3 times always getting the same answer that they will contact me in 24 h, they never did. Finally they have contacted me 2 months later to tell me in email that my order number is no longer valid and that they will not refund me ( steal my money). The costumer service is no existing, they have a piece of paper with words that they need to tell you and they continue repeating the same thing like parrots.

Concern Regarding Amazon.es Support Behavior

I received an email from Amazon.es requesting an evaluation and asked for clarification about why it was sent.
Instead of providing an explanation, they repeatedly resent the same email without any comments.

Additionally, despite knowing that I am an English-speaking customer, they persistently communicated with me in Spanish.

This is the timeline:

1. Sat, Jan 4, 6:00 PM - First survey email received from Amazon.es.
I asked what the survey email was about. They did not provide an answer.

2. Sat, Jan 4, 6:34 PM - Second survey email received.
I asked what the survey email was about. They did not answer.

3. Sat, Jan 4, 7:03 PM - Third survey email received.
I asked what the survey email was about. They did not answer.

4. Sat, Jan 4, 7:25 PM - Fourth survey email received.
I asked what the survey email was about. They did not answer.

5. Sat, Jan 4, 7:44 PM - Fifth survey email received.
I asked what the survey email was about and informed them that if this rudeness continued, I would contact Jeff's email. They did not answer.

6. Sat, Jan 4, 8:08 PM - Sixth survey email received. AGAIN.

Hopefully, the managers of Jeff's email will be more helpful.

HORRIBLE experience

HORRIBLE experience, I ordered two items on December 4th… and NEVER arrived to me, I have been calling Amazon every single day for about 3 weeks, I don't have the items and I don't have the refund either, I was robbed blindly!!! DONT from Amazon Spain

I ordered a package from Amazon.com

I ordered a package from Amazon.com, but when I tried to track the package, it said:

Unfortunately, a problem occurred with your shipment and we no longer expect it to be delivered. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. If you have not received your refund within 5 days, please contact us…

but they have made it impossible to contact them.

Never got the money back:(

Unreliable Orders

for multiple orders, the product never gets dispatched. I've contacted customer support over 10 times and am always met with the same response: 'your order will be dispatched within 48 hours'. They never provide any further information

Amazon Spain is not like Amazon in US…

Amazon Spain is not like Amazon in US or Germany. In Spain you have to pray and be very lucky to receive your order correctly.
Normally deliveries are late and customer service via Chat is not helping at all.

Amazon Spain is a joke!

Buy somewhere where committed people try to give customers a good experience!

Don't buy at Amazon Spain!!!!!!

we put a big note on porch door to tell the delivery driver that the porch is open for parcels so please do Not ring. he rang and hammered on the door when I managed to get there ( I have a mobility problem ) there was no one there. I opened the door and he had left it on the ground in the pouring rain so soaking wet. another time even though the note was on door they left the parcel outside in the rain by car. both times they said they had put through letter box , stupid as they would never have gone through it. another time they said they had handed it to Michael. Nobody by that name here. no where on Amazon to warn them of this. These happened over different dates.

SON COMPLETOS TONTOS PAACK & Amazon the biggest bunch of CROOKS going! Claim I received a parcel at past 10pm art night and just because I received 82 other parcels previously, I must be lying! Provide proof of delivery with our signature, GPS tracking or a picture of the parcel at our door step - YOU cannot because the COURIER HAS STOLEN it! ABSOLUTE FOOLS

Received a roll of tape ... tape dirty, no packaging and no way of knowing if a full roll as ordered. My opinion rejected because they accept reviews of products, not packaging! Cannot cancel Prime and customer service is useless

I recently noticed that I'm being charged for Amazon Prime every month. And it's been already half a year.

I went to my account, and it says that I don't have Amazon Prime activated.

So I cannot even cancel it!! And Amazon continues charging me for the service that - also according to their responses - I have not ordered!!

I contacted customer service and the response I received from them was basically f***k off, we don't know anything, ask your bank.

What is my bank supposed to know about it?! It is Amazon who's charging me FOR NOTHING, not my bank!!!

IT IS NOW IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL PRIME

All the options now lead in circles, even worse the main options leads to a blank page with "terms and conditions" and nothing else. It was already a misleading convoluted process before but this is downright criminal.

Disgraceful customer service if you can…

Disgraceful customer service if you can say there’s any. Paid for faster delivery, never received it on the agreed time. Customer service emailed 48 h later saying that it shows I now had received the package and I’m not entitled to anything. It does not take into account I had to collect it somewhere 1h30 away from my place
