Do not trust their reviews, they prevent bad ones.
They prevent me to write bad reviews of dealers/products that are their partners that deliver bad or broken products.
Also they require you to ASK for every invoice from their partners.

I ordered Vileda Vileda SuperMocio 3 Action XL Mopp-och-hink-set at a discount. They never handled the order. When I contacted customer service they said it was due to a technical error. Once I tried to place a new order they increased the price.
I lost valuable days due to this. And they refuse to compensate.
Hereby I will stop buying from Amazon Sweden. Shame on you!
Problems with bank not reciveivng
Had a problem with the bank not receiving and sending back the refund but still, Amazon received the product. I contacted Amazon support and was kind of slow but also very helpful support from their team. It really didn't help because I had to call my bank and do things that I didn't have to before. First time ever. :/ So I wasn't really happy with it. I had to work hard just to get a couple bucks back... ($20 something)
First and last time!
Bought a birthday present for my nephew. There was a delivery issue, called customer service who was very nice and helpful, assured me the problem would be fixed. Over a week later... Nothing. I call PostNord they tell me the problem is not fixed, then I receive an email from Amazon that the shipment was sent back and i will get a refund sometime in the next couple of weeks ..
Customer Service is great, but prices are sky-high
I've often read on other sites that Amazon Sverige does not take off because people can buy from other Amazon branches despite freight costs. In my experience, the service has been great, the delivery flawless and Customer Service has replied accordingly. However, prices are crazy. I've preferred to purchase from Amazon UK, Spain and Germany, and even the US, while being in Sweden, because their prices and freight costs are much more affordable than those offered by the Swedish branch. It seems at times that Amazon Sweden does not care about being on the market.
Could be great but their partner Bring brings the score much lower
Could be great, but every time they send something with Bring we know that it will not show up until many days later, if ever. A lot of times we are forced to drive to the pickup location because Bring are too lazy to deliver the packages home as promised.
If the home deliveries actually worked it would be 5/5.

Always got my products ahead of the estimated time of arrival and never had any issues with returning them if I wasn't content
Quickest refund process & nice customer service
Connecting to customer service is super easy and quick. Amazon also refund money for returns even before they receive the product. Love it..

I ordered a vr cover from amazon only to get it delivered to the wrong post office in the wrong city. So I contacted the delivery company regarding this issue. Where they told me that they would send it to the correct post office. 3 days later I contacted them again just to make sure that my package process was going just fine. The guy told me that they had just picked it up around 11pm and that my package would soon be at the right place. I waited over a week and still no answer. So I called the delivery company asking them where my package where at. And they told me that my package was accidentally returned to amazon... so I contacted amazon support and the guy told me that the only thing he could do for me was give my a refund and that I would have to reorder my product again. Ive sent over 2 tickets to customer support(its been over 2 weeks as well) now and they have yet not responded.. This is the worst customer experience I've ever been through. Not only if I order again I might have to experience the same problem. But i didn't even get any kind ofcompensation. This unnecessary problem has taken over 3-4 weeks only to have to reorder it again. I'm done with this amazon. Might as well order from a different company cause this is terrible.

worst experience in life! I don't know who are these people who write good reviews about this company. And these are the real lucky ones who received their order on time! I didn't receive it Tracking ID: 473400014411257388!!!and I can't track it. there is only a message that my order maybe is lost. Seriously?! How can this be in Sweden? How ?! no feedback, nothing!!! The order was made for the first and last time. just cheating!!!

Great. Has almost everything. Fast shipping. Tried sending 2 products back, no issues at all. I've probably used them around 100 times by now since i made this review in 2022. They've become better for Sweden, far more products than in 2022.

I think Amazon is really a fantastic company at least when it comes to Sweden and Germany. I have bought many things that I have received them quite always on time and even if returned I am happy because it is always free! I mean Sometimes I am not happy with a product, which means that I make a return or that I no longer buy from this brand or company. Overall I am happy with Amazon and will continue to shop with them!
Good prices, bad user experience, Amazon Prime seems doesn't worth in Sweden
In 95% of the time, their prices are better than any other online store. Also, I had an OK delivery experience. The only problem I encountered is their variety of products, which is much much less than Germany's and UK's Amazon.

Favours sellers and screens out negative reviews from consumers.
My order consisted of two pairs of shoes. The seller cancelled the order without explanation, claiming there was a glitch in the price on not only one product but both which was hard to believe. Despite contacting Amazon and receiving a readymade response from them that they will investigate and take action on the seller, the seller remains still active. Posted the experience as a review, but Amazon denied publishing it. Screening out the negative experience is totally unacceptable.
Amazon -we don't care
I've been a Amazon customer for about 15 years and spend an average of 400€ per month. I recently was more or less forced on to the mess that is Amazon.se. My preferred Amazon sites are de, uk, fr and es.
I usually receive about 5-6 packages per week from Amazon alone. However, getting those packages delivered is a nightmare. Even with Prime, I would get up to 600 notifications per month about these shipments from email, sms and the apps from Bring, PostNord and amazon. The final straw was that PostNord is stopping packages at the last terminal in hope that I will drive 150km in order to get my home deliveries on time. This despite PostNord has my written concent/power of attorney aka Postfullmakt to deliver without my signature.
My other choice is selecting ombud pickup, which is even more ridiculous as one order can be split up between PostNord and Bring which delivered to two or 3 different towns, making a pick up run up to 250km.... But only on Tuesdays and Thursdays... because that's how often Bring delivers...
Amazon support just shower you with reassuring prewritten one-liners, but make it obvious they don't care.
Shopping with Amazon is supposed to be easy and convenient. Make an order and forget it until it's delivered. As it stands now, it's cheaper faster and more convenient to spend a full 12 hours day every month to do the 500km round trip to the city and do most of the shopping there. Then for cheap china products there are several options with hassle-free deliveries.
Needless to say, but as of 25 of October 2021, I'm no longer a Prime member, nor an Amazon customer and my almost 16 yrs old Amazon account has been deleted
