Probably the worst customer support…

Probably the worst customer support team you will even see. They are incompetent, they don't speak english, you have to repeat the same thing 10 times and they still don't understand you. The customer service team is HORRIBLE!!! Stay away, its a waste of time

This is a what we called modern day slavery. If you do this job, you are paying amazon to work for them. It is a complete waste of time. You can't even make money to buy a bottle of milk.

DO NOT WORK FOR AMAZON FLEX

If I could give 0 stars I would. Their operation is awful as they have confirmed in multiple emails that they don’t care about their workers. Recently got robbed as I had my account disabled without any form on warning so therefore I wasn’t able to complete further delivery blocks which caused me to be underpaid, they refused to reimburse or compensate me for their fraudulent acts and money that is clearly owed to me. Bad communication and they have bad management. The onboarding support team are even worse.

Had an incident in Orpington warehouse…

Had an incident in Orpington warehouse were my 2 tyres was slashed by their metal drive through.
Amazon flex claim department taken car away for over 5 days because of the bank holiday weekend, only just to find out that they think it wasn't a fault of the road but the bright new tyres from michelin. We then end up inspecting the tyres nd it was not a faulty tyre....
Try to ge hold off them for the claim again will take me another day just on the phone!!!!
So useless in answering and instead of blaming everyone el they should start helping their drivers who are doing the job for their customers, or we all need to start going on strike and take them to court for discrimination and damaged Vehicles!

Been a slave for Amazonflex for 3…

Been a slave for Amazonflex for 3 years, now a free man.
Modern Day Slavery. You are Slave/ Flexible Worker, Driver Support are Slave Drivers and Head office Slave Masters. You have no say hence you're diverted to A.I via mail. The money you get is significantly less than minimum wage when you add up the cost to complete deliveries and back home and they Neither pay for the fuel cost to deliver nor to return back to collection location then back to your home. The practice is actually very morally wrong and perhaps evil, even more so in these times.

Ridiculous levels of verification! Gaslighting!

just ridiculous. The application process is gaslighting at it’s finest.Just when you think you’ve finally made it they’ll ask for more documentation & more & more & more. It’s never ending and stressfull. So far they’ve had driver’s licence, a code to validate drivers licence, marriage certificate, background DBS checked…. All passed phew, so I thought that’s it I’m done. then I get a notification wait no….no we need birth certificate (i didn’t have it so paid £50 for expedited copy) rejected now need UTI ref on official letter from HMRC rejected, now need national insurance card (can’t find it as no employer has EVER asked for it before) effing joke. 3 months in British citizen my whole life, can’t get validated. Why can’t they just ask for everything up front before you even start. Forget it. I’m moving on. Short of my DNA, house & head on a silver platter, I don’t know what more they could need.

Unfair payments plus scamming drivers with poor customer service

Wish there is a way to give negative stars.

I completed a block in particular area and that area had specific entry fees. I wasn't aware of that fees and now I got a penalty charge for that. I mentioned Amazon flex that they should told me about the toll which have to paid by driver. That toll was just for entering that area.

Now, its been more than three weeks but Amazon team is literally playing and not responding on the matter.

I enjoy delivering for Amazon Flex

I’ve been a delivery partner for Amazon now for just over a year and I must say, any little problems I’ve encountered have ALWAYS been resolved. Sometimes the generic replies can be a little annoying but all in all, I enjoy Amazon Flex.

Amazon flex uk beware

My experience with Amazon flex was enough to make it my one and only time working for them . I picked up a block , I think it was around 40 parcels. Not too bad you would think for £49 . Until I seen the area. It was so far away I had drove 20 miles before my 1st delivery. Even then it didn’t get much better. Lots of farm houses and houses on private roads. I get the feeling it’s the parts the regular Amazon drivers won’t take. Most were about a mile apart, the navigation on the app was bad, I was going in circles a lot of the time delivering to places I’d previously driven past. At the end of the shift I’d covered 72 miles and spent over £30 on fuel and tunnel tolls for £49….. I made under £19 for 4 hours work on a Sunday .. never again Amazon flex

Absolutely annoyed with amazon flex

Absolutely annoyed with amazon flex. Pay us below minimum wage for delivering whilst overloading our deliverie slots.
This morning I was sent an email accusing me of delivering to an unsecured location. Bearing in mind this goes on your file! I was not asked...just accused. I have never delivered to a premises without a customer there...ever. And the one customer that complained is the one customer that wanted me to take all their shopping up and down the stairs to their room on the top floor of a large house whilst my van was parked on a no park zone as there was nowhere to park! I could not just leave it...and I won't! They send me an accusation of delivering it unsecured but I atleast went into their hallway in front of the customer and placed them there. That is not unsecured. I did my job. I was respectful in everyway. So what is the wrong doing In that? They say we shouldn't enter a house but yet accuse me if I do not take it upto the persons room. What about my health and safety..but I guess that doesn't matter as we are just scum that are paid below mimunm wage to try and pay our bills. Price of fuel goes up..you make our deliveries bigger in the allocated time but don't give us extra payment to justify all this. Now to do a delivery, half the payment we receive goes on fuel..if not more, leaving us with below living wage!
One thing I hate is being accused by amazon in an email where it goes on my file without even consulting me. Instead of accusing us why don't you adjust your ways. Get the customer to sign to say they have the shopping. Don't treat us like we are not truthfull or trustfull. And if you want us to enter a house or a flat then adjust your health and safety regulations, pay us more or give us less deliveries to accomidate this effort. In the time allocated for us to do deliveries, we have to rush to get it done within the time. Please do not forget that our health and safety matters and that actually most of us are respectful and trustful in everyway. We shouldn't have to leave our personal vehicles in no park zones on a busy road when customers do not have parking, we shouldn't have to rush up and down flights of stairs, delaying us which causes us to rush. We shouldn't have to sacrice our own cars, time, wear and tear of our vehicles. We get paid little money for what we do and I think a little respect to us would be greatly appreciated instead of just mocking us.

If you want to experience modern…

If you want to experience modern salavery get yourself registered as amazon flex driver. They consider drivers a donkey, no health and safety at all. Hired a bunch of useless people instead of standing at gate they all are sitting in the office you have to go to them get scan your arrival code. You can’t say anything to them as they are not employee they are member of mafia.. I am particularly talking here amazon fulfilment centre at bow london E3.
They assigned you countless number of package including 6x1litres water bottles x10 of them for flat delivery. Where you cannot park at all in central london area if you do park on double yellow line you ending up getting a ticket. No consideration for drivers how they will deliver these heavy loads. Every drop must over 100kgs.
Their service centre is another example of uselessness any email or any feedback fall in deaf ears you will get a generic reply on everything. People like us working cause inflation its very hard meet you expense at the end of the month.

All in all its a shitiest place to work as a driver.

unpaid block

Unpaid block! I arrived on time at Prime Now site and QR code was not working to get route. I had already swiped 'I've arrived' and spoken to site manager and called driver support who confirmed that I was checked in correctly and would get paid even though the QR code was not working.
I've sent 5 emails to amazon flex support and have not still not been paid. Same same reply every time we will escalate to the appropriate team but no response despite a formal complaint.

Deleted my account due to "technical error"

I was AmazonFlex delivery partner for a year and one day I get an email fromt hem saying due to "technical error" we had to close your account, create a new one. After a month of fighting to have them fix my account they told me " further communications regarding this account will be ignored"

I created a new account and they say now " we are not accepting new delivery partners in your area" So basically this leaves me in a situation where they kicked me out for no good reason and left me out to dry. Contacting them to look into this gets no results. I know that there is many blocks to grab and work because my fiancee continues to work and make money... Whereas I am just dismissed.

Be careful when you apply because when there is any sort of issue that requires human brain to investigate - you will always get some robotic preset algorithmmic response and no actual help.
