Awful streaming service when you pay…

Awful streaming service when you pay for a subscription and then they want you to pay more to get rid of the annoying adverts they put up, It is often slow loading even with decent internet and quality of programmes/films is poor

Adverts are ridiculous

Adverts are ridiculous. If you resume a show then wind back to recap you're subject to ads. You wind forward to pick up where you left off, more ads. I was literally watching ads for 6 minutes non stop today before I resumed my prog. Im on a 30 day free trial - would never pay for this very frustrating service.

Greedy Amazon, worse than YouTube

The amount of adverts every few minutes, it has become another YouTube....but they already charge you, make money when you buy in Amazon and from your data..... limitless greediness.

Purchased multiple seasons of Only…

Purchased multiple seasons of Only Fools and Horses on Prime Video. After weeks of watching, Amazon now requires an additional ITVX Premium subscription to access the same purchased content. No warning, no refund. “Buy” does not mean buy. Avoid purchasing digital video here.

A truly awful subscription TV channel

A truly awful subscription TV channel. Just a pathetic way to get more people to do their shopping on Amazon so they can avoid even more tax. Do not fall asleep during a film, Amazon is that scummy and money grabbing that you now have to watch adverts when you rewind. Definitely cancelling my subscription to this vile company. As well as this they have one off episodes mid-series that you have to pay for, so after watching 10 free episodes they then demand money for the episode that explains all the plot.

Lost Potential

My review is as such:
Star 1: comparatively inexpensive
Star 2: wide range of content

Lost star 3: good movies are pay to view
Lost star 4: IT issues with pay to view
Lost star 5: customer queries- no reply

I still am a customer but considering stopping. I end up having to pay YouTube to 'rent' movies as it doesn't seem to work for me through Prime.

I asked for assistance, but radio silence.

Too many adds too long already pay

Too many adds now when already pay a subscription for the service. They want more money not to have adds. Some adds last 5 minutes and cut across the programme being watched with No warning. You cant skip past them either.

Cancellation and lack of dvd release Season 3 Wheel of Time

I had always subscribed in rotation to Prime until they cancelled "The Wheel of Time" series after season 3. The Director and Cast were the best I had yet witnessed on Prime, so much so that I supported and collected the DVD's upon release. Such was Primes consideration for their subscribers that they cancelled the series neglecting to release season three, only available via Pirated copies. I simply no longer trust this company and have spoken through my subscription or lack there of.

Amazon Prime Adverts

Amazon Prime, should be renamed Amazon Adverts!! Absolutely disgusting more adverts than the actual series we are TRYING to watch. Sick of it and NO I won’t be paying more to subscribe to no adverts! Just a big Rip Off!

I’m not paying to watch ads

Watch a 50 minute episode, after 20 minutes I get 90 second of ads, then watch 5 more minutes before another 90 seconds of ads.

And then there’s the part where you find a movie you want to watch and you have to get a different subscription to watch it. Terrible.

PRIME TV COMMERCIALS

I like the original series and the choice of PG movies. But more ads of any streaming service, even more than network TV. On the Cross series more commercial time than show time. Difficult to watch.

Poor service and expensive

After subscribing to Amazon for over 2 years, their service is getting poorer and more expensive. They charge for the streaming of a movie and other times you get over 6 advert breaks in an film lasting 1.5 hours or more.
This streaming channel once was the best but now it is no better than itv or bbc. I shall not be renewing when my subscription ends. Also Amazon shopping will be stopped as well.
