Delivery on time, but some of the sweets were squashed although the packaging was intact. Suspect that the damage was done during packaging rather then during delivery.
Although the parcel was delivered on time, we were disappointed to note that due to the poor packaging, there was a leak in the box which took some time to clean!

Beautiful looking sweets in lovely tin.
I gave the sweets to my neighbour as a Eid gift so I am unable to comment on their quality, but they looked lovely and were in a lovely tin. My neighbours were very pleased.

Staff were good .But rasgulla and pera wasn't soft rather it was hard and feels like it's been quite few days .It was somehow smelly . I love sweets a lot So i was so excited to try but disappointed.

Used collection from store but items not delivered. Store not very helpful but agreed to put order together. Very rushed with trays cling filmed not laminated to poor quality/ presentation. Will not be using this service again.

Delivered 24 hours late although I paid…
Delivered 24 hours late although I paid for pre 12 next day.
Called Head Office on 3 separate occasions and never heard back from Ambala as promised.

I ordered my Ambala sweets and got them…
I ordered my Ambala sweets and got them delivered on the date I gad requested.
Only issue was that I had to wait until 3:34pm to get my delivery.

The Mithai was originally due for…
The Mithai was originally due for delivery on Friday, but due to unknown reasons it has now been delayed until Tuesday. During this heatwave, the box is likely to remain in a warehouse or DPD van for several days, which raises serious concerns about the quality and freshness of the sweets on arrival.
Under these circumstances, Ambala should either send a fresh replacement box once temperatures are safe for delivery or provide a full refund. It is unreasonable to expect customers to accept perishable food that may have been exposed to excessive heat for an extended period.

I ordered for the birth of our baby son…
I ordered for the birth of our baby son to gift to friends and family, however as we don't live close to any Ambala stores hesitantly ordered online, however the order arrived securely packed very quickly via DHL courier, we chose the 10 sweets baby boy gift boxes and they are much bigger than they look on the website so we're pleasantly surprised, the mithai came direct from the Ambala factory, and each box was sealed inside in air tight plastic wrapper across plastic tray and none of the sweets in the 50 boxes we ordered were damaged which was a concern prior to order, I would happily order again for any occasion and the flat delivery fee is great if you need just a few extra boxes. Very impressed with the service, and will certainly be using again, and ofcourse the mithai was exquisite as usual.
