Delivery on time, but some of the sweets were squashed although the packaging was intact. Suspect that the damage was done during packaging rather then during delivery.
Although the parcel was delivered on time, we were disappointed to note that due to the poor packaging, there was a leak in the box which took some time to clean!

I inputted the correct delivery address but the package was delivered to a different address. I phoned Ambala three times regarding this issue, but the email confirming the address correction was sent to me after dispatching the package!

Fantastic samosas and sweet treats. Exceptional quality and service, beautifully packaged too, great value for money. I would highly recommend going into the Ambala shop. I frequently go to the Wood Green shop / store and always leave feeling appreciated. Thank you Ambala.

Terrible experience
I bought four types of mithai from Ambala Rochdale today. Against all expectations, all were terrible tasting and seemed to be stale. It was embarrassing as they were given as a gift. It’s totally expensive rubbish, in fancy packaging. Not the quality expected from traditional Ambala.
This was my 1st experience of Ambala Rochdale and I shall not return. Furthermore, my experience will be shared with all nearest and dearest.

Done well with advertising very colourful and professional but the actual product was a let down.
bland tasting mithai tasted just like normal local shop cheap mithai...
Ambala once used to be the go to place for your sweets but now id rank it at the bottom. Maybe it was the branch but either way I will not buy from here again.
