Delivery on time, but some of the sweets were squashed although the packaging was intact. Suspect that the damage was done during packaging rather then during delivery.
Although the parcel was delivered on time, we were disappointed to note that due to the poor packaging, there was a leak in the box which took some time to clean!

Really lovely snacks
Really lovely snacks, so tasty. Both the savoury and sweet ones are great, especially the Ferrari chevda and my son loves the dhalmooth. I also like the ladoo very much, and the pistachio barfi.
Delivery is fast and all items are fresh.
Highly recommended!

Terrible Delivery service
DPD made a mess of delivery everyday and blamed Ambala for incomplete address. The delivery charges were same as the price of the sweets ordered. Never again

I did an online order for collection. Everything was ready on time and good. The only complaint is that I purchased the mixed barfi box and I was given no pista barfi and no chocolate barfi when I opened it at home - the box had two types of barfi in it only.

The product was delicious and well…
The product was delicious and well made. Had decent amount of dry fruits and well worth the price. It was made on time and worth every penny we pay. I would love to recommend it.
Only thing was i was told by the lady receptionist that i will get a free sweets if i order online but the offer was only for in store ordering when i went to collect the weets . Wonder why different versions were told.

If I could give a minus 1 star I would . Bought 5 boxes of Rasmalai from the Walthamstow branch , all had gone off and smell was terrible . After complaining , the branch said I had to complain to head office which I did several times through emails and sending DM messages on instagram, they asked me for my email address and nothing . Ambala used to be good but it’s terrible now , quality has even gone down big time ! Funny how they replied to this post , but fail to reply to countless emails and DM messages I’ve sent and now they say … Walthamstow branch are looking into it which is total BS as this was the same thing they said before and even asked for my email address . I hope the Walthamstow branch take this seriously and get back to me . The staff in the store even confirmed to me other customers have complained about this and noting gets done . They need to review the cctv in the shop when I went in to complain when the staff confirmed all this . To date I’ve heard nothing back from the store by word of apology , refund or anything . If anyone from management are reading this …. Check the DM messages and the trail of messages.

I received the wrong order which has…
I received the wrong order which has made me quite cross as the order was for my grandchildren and I was delivered boxes of gulab jamun which doubled my order, and one of barfi which seemed stale and no habshi halva! Poor show!
