FedEx are very unreliable!!
The heating kit is great. The delivery from fedex was terrible. Paid extra for next day delivery. Ordered on 1st Aug, didn’t receive it till 7th Aug. Had to stop our job for 4 days leaving me an unhappy customer. I’ve ordered kits from you in the past with no problem but this will make me think again for future purchases from Ambient.

I have checked your delivery and can see the order was placed on the 1st, past 4pm which is our next day delivery cut off time so this was due for delivery on the 3rd.
Transit had occurred and the goods were put on a vehicle for delivery on the 4th, but then it was realized the incorrect house number was provided.
This delay was amended, but as this took place on a Friday and the weekend are not working days , so the delivery was then made successfully on Monday the 7th.
I hope this provides some clarity on the situation.

Hi Alex,
Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I am sorry for the way in which you have received your goods.
I was very concerned to read this and right away have spoken to our account manager within fedex who has interviewed the driver in question who assured him that they did not throw the package over the fence.
The driver handed the goods to a builder who signed for them by the name "Alex" very clearly on the POD.
What happened to the goods after this point the driver does not know.
I hope this clears up any confusion.
