placed an order for a wall mounted heater on 13 February and still have not received it.
I have emailed more than 5 times requesting an update and have had no response. There’s no other way to communicate with this company apart from email.
Complete scam. Do not use.

We bought a convector heater from Ambientair in November. It didn't work from the get go. After an initial response to our request for a refund/exchange we have heard nothing since the end of November despite recurrent emails and requests for satisfaction - it good enough

WARNING – DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SO-CALLED COMPANY.
Bought a cheap heater (my fault for buying such a cheap piece of equipment)
Unit went faulty after the second time of use – Tried to contact Ambient Air Direct – The only method is by e-mail.
3 attempts to report this fault and every time my messages have been ignored. There is no other line of communication which is also a breach of the consumers rights act. Contacted The Office of Fair Trading who are looking into this case.
I should have read the reviews of other customers before ordering because no way would I have ordered if I knew a lot of other customers had the same problem – What is really annoying is that there are companies out there struggling to stay afloat and a company like this can treat the people who pay their wages in such an appalling manner – STAY WELL CLEAR.

Fast delivery, great quality for such a cheap product very happy have ordered 2 more for our house

I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING Panel heater do not work, did not receive any emails to confirm order and no way of contacting the company other then a non responsive live chat and email address, i will need to contact trading standards about this company

I bought a panel heater 1.5kw on 11December 2022. They did not provide the side legs and the heater didn’t work - displays didn’t turn on connected to power. These guys don’t even bother to respond to emails and they don’t have a contact number on their website. Don’t buy from these worthless.

Courier. DPD made two attempts to deliver and couldn’t find us, sent back depot and we had pick up our selves.🤬

I had a problem with one of the panel heaters I ordered, tge company was fast to respond and get a new one to me

I have not heard back from this company I bought 3 heaters one of the heaters I opened up to try out in my salon was making crackling sounds that is a safety issue I haven’t attempted to open up the other 2 as only God knows what will happen. I have emailed these guys 2x times calling so many times as well but the number doesn’t go through now still not heard anything from them. I just want to return your products and get my refund.

Arrived just in time for this bad weather.this fire takes a while to feel the heat but when goi g the whole room is cory warm

Item not received and no contact from them

This firm will not reply to Emails, contact us on website and chat with us. I bought a Panel Heater that does not work. I am trying to return the heater or get it replaced. In the warrantry under refund it also states sale items are not returnable - is this allowed in the Comsumer Act ?.
