Lovely earrings and great personal service, great comms, thank you

If I could give no stars I would.Amelia and Arthur give the impression that they are a UK based business. This is NOT true. They are based in China. If you are sent faulty goods, as I was, they were also extremely poor quality. I have asked for my money back, and they have refused unless I pay for the items to be returned. AVOID this company at all cost, unless you want to waste your money.

This is a bogus company, purporting to be a family business in London. It is actually a business in CHINA. Even when you get the goods there is a sweet business card with a picture of Amelia and Arthur with a call out of "from our family to yours". Delivery took 2 weeks and the quality was terrible, with sharp edges and very unfinished. Should be silver - all I can say is it is colored silver, but whether it is silver is dubious. My 6 year old grand daughter could have made better. Returning is not on as you have to pay for returns to Asia. I am reporting to the Advertising Standards Agency.

Ordered a pair of earrings from this company weeks ago. Had almost given up hope of receiving them. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered.
They have just arrived and are absolutely nothing like the pictures on their website! Very poor quality, they look like cheap rubbish.

Very quick replying to enquiries. Prompt despatching, with regular updates on order progress. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I felt the wait was rather long and started to worry after reading the reviews. I emailed the company not expecting a reply but did receive a reply, in fact I received a reply every time I wrote. The earrings finally arrived, I expected cheap looking earrings with overly thick hooks that I wouldn't be able to wear. Instead, they look exactly as advertised. I can't swear the stones are real but they look good. To be honest, I like them.

Order at your peril. Read the delivery and returns policy on the website. Ordered on 19 July, item delivered three weeks later. Sent direct from China. Several emails requesting tracking details sent. Original tracking no. did not work. Courier details changed twice. This is not a small business based in London. Do not be taken in by those facebook/instagram ads

Ad said they were silver, they are not.
Crudely made. They are practically impossible to put on and take off.
It's as if I have 2 left earrings one has to go in back to front. Would never use this site again.

Don’t bother to spend a penny they are far from what you’ve seen on the website! I wished I wasn’t that dump to order before checking the company…… SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I was absolutely delighted with my earnings.
I was amazed at the quality and will definitely use again.

As others have said, don’t fall for this scam.
They say they’re based in London but actually in China.
The jewellery is awful quality and customer service just keep ignoring any emails and send pre-written responses (allegedly from Amelia & Arthur’s even though it’s clear they’ve just used a stock photo on their site)!
They only offer a small percentage refund, even with comparative photos, or tell you to return item to China at your own expense.

Some pretty earrings caught my eye on a Facebook ad. Two weeks ago-ish. Went to the twee website and ordered two pairs. Earrings haven't arrived yet - that's a red flag right there that this company isn't based in London as the website claims. I doubt that there is such a store. I'll come back and add to this review if and when the earrings show up!!

This genre of company keep popping up on my Insta adverts. Amelia & Arthur Jewels, Mila Rose Jewels, Jules & Josh (London) - all China based all dropshipping I assume. All the same cutsie website pictures of "family" businesses, stories of them having to close with heavy hearts.

It’s a scam . I’ve received the products . Terrible quality - very different what they have advertised. Looking at Trustpilot reviews I realised it’s a Chinese company that has been using many different names to scam people. This website is one of them. I’ve asked for a full refund and want to return the products . For the emails we have exchanged they will not do that. Offering me discounts , keeping the cheap products and now asking me to pay to return them to China! They are a scam and need to be stopped. They have been using different names to steal . I’m surprised now all their reviews have disappeared from here - it’s showing now as a unclaimed site?- and I’ll keep posting until I get my refund and name and shame them. Their address is - not sure is real- is below . Chinese scam selling themselves as a very trustful company using beautiful websites but the same cheap products .
