Scammers! Stay away!!!
Total scam “business “. They pulled the old bait & switch with the story that the driver has some issue with their vehicle and they only have to find another transporter. The original contracted amount is then doubled or tripled by the next driver. The contract is a joke, they should hire a better lawyer to properly execute their contract. They use pressure tactics and threaten to just pick any high priced driver to deliver your vehicle. I opted to pay the $200 fee to get out of the “contract “. They also tell you can’t hire any other shipping company for 10 days per the contract. Total crap! I’m so disgusted by this whole experience, save yourself a giant headache and avoid this business.

Don’t do any business with this company, they try to bully you into giving them a deposit and tell you that it’s going to be a low amount to be paid total, but that is not true. They want you to sign a contract Right away without even having the right information or dates on the contract. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

Paid $75 deposit to have date time & price changed!!!!
I paid a deposit of $75 on Saturday to reserve a truck for a transport for Tuesday! I was told that I would need to pay the driver an additional $100! On Tuesday morning before noon I called & Ameri Auto transport confirmed that the pick up would happen at the scheduled date & time! Less than two hours before the pick up time they called to tell me that they actually did NOT have a truck for me; that I would need to wait till Wednesday! Now Wednesday morning they tell me that they found me a driver but the transport would cost me 3 times the quoted price!!! This is all around back business!!! Failing to comply with pick up date and time as well as changing the price at the last minute, is all around bad business!!!!

Day-Of Bait and Switch + Harassment — Completely Unprofessional
This company engaged in a clear bait-and-switch the day of scheduled pickup.
I was quoted and confirmed an agreed-upon price. On the morning of pickup, they suddenly demanded additional money above the agreed amount. At that point, I had no practical alternatives — I was scheduled to fly out early the next morning, and rearranging transport on such short notice was impossible.
When I refused to pay more than what was agreed, the situation escalated beyond unprofessional. I was left a voicemail containing personal insults, including being called “psycho.” That alone should disqualify any business from operating in a customer-facing industry.
To be clear: my vehicle was not yet in their possession, but the timing was intentional. This appears designed to pressure customers into paying more when they’re already boxed in by travel schedules.
Auto transport requires trust, professionalism, and transparency. This company demonstrated none of those. I would strongly advise others to avoid them and spare themselves the stress, harassment, and last-minute chaos I experienced.

These people are the worst of the worst. They do the classic bait and switch. Give you a fair price. Pick your car up, use their driver. And when you go to get your car, they raised the price a couple hundred dollars and holds your car hostage until you pay it. My original contract was275.00 ended up paying 5 and a quarter on delivery. They wouldn't put the car off the flatbed.
