Great quality clothes, well made products and delivery service

The quality of the hoodie I purchased is excellent. The thickness of the material is what I expect in a hoodie. Please do not change the density of the material. Although it is expensive, I don't mind paying for a good product. BTW this is my second hoodie I've purchased.

High quality clothing made by USA employees, easy returns, soft and sturdy fabrics, good sale prices, rewards program pays off quickly, good customer service, military discounts. One request: more flattering styling for womens clothing, such as curved hemlines on shorts, skirts and tees. Also let us know if pants have a straight cut or rounded hips. Main reason I return pants is tight waist and baggy hips. I need straight cut pants.

I really did love American Giant sweatpants. But they changed them for Women. Now they’re thicker, have a much higher thick, more elastic waist, and are the most unflattering women’s sweatpants I’ve ever worn. I’m not a large person. I’m medium. But I look like I’m wearing a giant black balloon. Not a good look. I’m so sorry they changed this style.

The weight of the fabric and the back seam detail makes this the best cotton long sleeve shirt!

I wanted to like American Giant given their reputation and “Made in the USA” focus, but my experience didn’t quite match the price point.

Both of the hoodies I ordered developed noticeable pilling and fraying along the seams fairly quickly. The stitching also wasn’t as clean as I expected for a premium product. Honestly, I own hoodies from Lululemon, Vuori, and even Hanes that feel better, fit better, and have held up better over time—at a lower price.

To their credit, customer service was responsive and did offer me 50% off another hoodie. I appreciated the gesture, but even at that discount, I didn’t feel the quality justified the cost, so I passed.

I really like the idea of supporting U.S.-made products, but that alone doesn’t guarantee better quality—and in this case, it didn’t meet expectations for the price.

Overall: good customer service, but the product quality just isn’t there for me.

Impressed by beauty and quality. I also appreciated duties already paid in Canada and the use of DHL.

Will order again from American Giant. Thank you guys.

Made for the long haul

Purchased zip up sweatshirt on 11/17/25 and wore it no more than 4 times, washed twice, as of 1/26/26 zipper has broken already.
Contacted customer service and they wont replace item .
Would not reorder from them, quality is not good and fabrics fade within 1 to 2 washes.
Beware of quality control issues.

The clothing is excellent and they stand by the quality. If someone is flawed and frays apart, they replace it.

Fits slim and well-made, with excellent stain resistance (survived a soup spill!). The return for a size swap was smooth and quick. Super satisfied; this feels like a jacket I’ll keep forever.

Clear liquid stains will not come out of this product. One was water and one was chicken broth. I contacted them directly and the response was they would pass my feedback on. Ridiculous.

Said it shipped. After it didnt arrive, I asked what happened and found out the item wasn't available. This was the second order. The first order, the same thing happened, but they caught it, contacted me, and offered a 20% discount.

Best t-shirt I've ever had. I don't know how it can be thick, yet soft and silky. Wish I could afford one in every color.
