I love your products, but twice I have returned items for exchange and waited weeks before your company notified me that they received the items I had sent back. In both cases I had to write to you to ask where my items were. When I wrote I got an immediate response. I shouldn’t have had to inquire. The exchange process took way too long.

It was sent to the wrong address. I have not received anything. It doesn’t look like it was ever delivered.

Great products, great systems, made in USA! What’s not to love?

Clearly a quality product. This was my first purchase, so I was not sure if AG was mostly hype and BS. Delivered smoothly. Fair return policies. Still expensive, but hopefully worth it.

Great products and shipping. Appreciate discounts but no return policy is problematic as sizing is sometimes a challenge.

My package never arrived. You used a no name delivery service and the package was left outside my door after I gave them the door's access key. I was never even notified the package was there to ask someone to grab it. By the time I got home, an hour later, it was already gone. Your clothing costs too much to use bargain bin delivery services. I didn't have trouble with previous orders, but now I see why you offer delivery insurance.

The message I sent was never responded to, so it's obvious no one cares. Definitely lost a customer.

I had to return for an exchange for a smaller size which was easy. The carrier lost one of the return packages and it was replaced without question.
