Ordered on the 17th Dec and wasn’t…

Ordered on the 17th Dec and wasn’t expecting miracles as it was Christmas but ordered for my husbands bday in Jan. Order said it was out for delivery on the 23rd and I’ve still not received my order. I’ve emailed twice for an update as tracking won’t update. They’ve updated their auto reply email but can’t actually reply to me.

I did not receive my order and I…

I did not receive my order and I ordered in good time for Christmas 2025. I chased my order on many occasions. The only response I received was 19/12/25 to tell me my order was to be delivered the following Monday. Nothing. I had to raise a dispute with PayPal to have my refund of goods never received. The phone lines for American Candy Co, will tell you they are busy in their warehouse and any contact is unsuccessful. Stay away from this company at all costs.

Only half arrived

Delivery took weeks, then only half of the items actually arrived. It looks like I'm lucky to have had anything arrive judging by reviews! Emailed several times about missing items and no response

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

YOU WILL RECEIVE NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL NOR WILL YOU GET A REPLY FROM ANYONE WITHIN THIS SO CALLED “COMPANY”.

EMAILED 7 TIMES OVER THE WEEK AND NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE.

DELIVERY ADDRESS WAS INCORRECT UPON ORDERING AND WAS UNABLE TO CHANGE THROUGH THIS DISASTER OF A COMPANY.

USES ROYAL MAIL FOR DELIVERY AND EVEN AFTER CHANGING DELIVERY ADDRESS WITHIN THE APP, THE ORDER WAS LEFT SOMEWHERE BEHIND A BIN.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT.

Giving a zero would be too much

Giving a zero would be too much. Shocking company with horrific customer service. They delivered 3 weeks late with half the stuff missing. Didn’t bother to refund me the missing items, I emailed and got a bounce back. Avoid at all costs

Avoid as they are scammers

Avoid as they are scammers. They told me ordered had been shipped and then after multiple complaints finally shipped it. When finally received (3weeks later) it was missing the most expensive items. They have now ghosted me and I have finally had to dispute with my credit card company

AVOID THIS COMPANY

AVOID THIS COMPANY - Unfortunately same experience here as many others it would seem. Ordered on 7/12 advised items in stock and 2/3 day dispatch time....here 7/1 and still nothing received. Despite repeated attempts to contact I've had no update or response. AVOID at all all costs. Some very disappointed children at Christmas on a considerable order. I'll now attempt to pursue through my bank.

Echoing what others have said. Do not use this company
They send an email to say goods have been shipped, but zero tracking information despite the email saying there is one. Trying to contact them is a joke. No response.
No tracking. No items received. And no response.

Wish i read the reviews before ordering.

Order was delivered, something was missing. Getting hold of the company is near impossible. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, stay well clear.

Very bad place to order

Very bad place to order, I put a large order in on the 14th of December and I still havnt received anything, The email provided no longer accepts emails, bit of a scam really.
I've just seen all the other bad reviews.

❗️❗️❗️AVOID❗️❗️❗️

Placed an order on 19th December 2025 (last minute stocking filler) and heard absolutely nothing, not even a despatch e-mail. Tried to contact them on 3rd January, by e-mailing them at the address they give, but it just bounced straight back. I then came on here and saw the reviews so I opened a dispute with PayPal and then refunded me immediately - no questions asked, no investigation, nothing - just a straight refund including the shipping. I usually do check Trustpilot when using a new company but I didn't on this occasion, as the website looked very professional. Someone else has said they have ripped off another company to make this scam website seem legitimate which makes sense. Avoid!

Update - the items I ordered (two packs of Oreo's) have finally arrived today (15th January 2026) One pack is out of date (30/12/25) and the other has a very short lifespan (7/2/26) I will be contacting PayPal about the refund they issued to me. Whilst the company didn't give me a tracking number at any time, they did provide one to PayPal.

Absolutely disgusting excuse of a company, they take your money and don't send products you pay for. Please whatever you do, do not give this horrible company your money!
Wish I checked reviews before ordering from them, ive learnt the hard way.

Orders not fulfilled and no response or…

Orders not fulfilled and no response or resolution when emailed. Like many others I have opened up a dispute with my bank to receive a full refund. Don’t waste your time, you won’t receive anything other than a whole lot of inconvenience and regret.

Avoid and don't risk placing an order. Same as other reviews, placed an order before Xmas and despite receiving an email saying it had been dispatched, it never arrived. Customer service email bounced back as doesn't exist. Disgusting to rake people's money intended for Xmas presents.
