It was one of my favorite cruises
It was one of my favorite cruises. The officers are dream team. The whole crew worked together as a functioning unit. They always helped each other no matter their title.
The excursions were great. Howard , the speaker, was excellent.
And the food was so delicious.
I particularly loved the day cruising. This was my first longer cruise and I loved sailing during the day in order to rest, relax and enjoy being on the ship.

The cruise was wonderful
The cruise was wonderful. The staff were great and caring. The all American crew made communication easy. The breakfasts and dinner were excellent. The complimentary expeditions were good. We will go on another cruise with American Cruise Lines again in the future.

A Cruise to Remember
This cruise was a great experience to see a part of the country we’ve never seen. Everything was perfect: the excursions, dining, the staff, activities, etc. Tiffany, Victoria & Kris & Isabel were especially attentive to our needs in the dining room. Keep up the good work. The welcome upon boarding was great
The welcome upon boarding was great. Food was great. Your ship crew was wonderful. Some excursions were not orderly and confusing unlike our first cruise on the lower Mississippi last year. Lobster bake was not advertised as having other than lobster so my husband stayed onboard to have a hotdog only to find you had bbque chicken he would have eaten

The National Parks and Legendary Rivers…
The National Parks and Legendary Rivers was in two parts. The tour of Teaton, Yellowstone and Glacier was beyond good and well led by Miranda Gould from ACL. She gathered 40 odd souls in Jackson and led us on an absolutely magnificant tour of the National Parks. Superb logistics and accomodations. She delivered a group of newfound friends on the cruise portion. The cruise portion was relaxing, educational and fun. Very well done.

ACLGreat Lakes cruise aboard the American Patriot
We took an ACLGreat Lakes cruise aboard the American Patriot. Overall, this cruise is a poor value at a daily rate of about $2300. The cabins are nice and spacious but lack basic amenities such as fridge, robes, slippers, toiletries, etc. the food is fair (limited choices), and the wines are cheap, and tasteless. The complimentary cruises are a mixed bag because many of the ports of call have little to offer. The cruise cater primarily to senior citizens, many with mobility issues

The Maiden voyage of maverick was a special experience!
The Maiden voyage of maverick was a special experience…beautiful ship. The entire staff was friendly and made us feel welcome and ‘at home’. Maria, Caleb, Mike & Manuel were exceptional. The cuisine was very good and seemed improved from previous ACL cruises. It appeared that alcohol was served all day and we are non drinkers and it’s a bit of a negative for us to be paying the same cruise fair as the drinkers. On past ACL cruises alcohol would only be available at happy hour and dinner, which would be more appropriate. Perhaps in the future a drinking pkg could be purchased by those who wish to imbibe, and their key card would indicate that and be shown for alcoholic drinks. Thus, the non drinkers would not have to pay for the cost of liquor. Just a thought. All in all, it was a fantastic cruise!
