Claire who I dealt with was so lovely, really quick and efficient aswell. Would definitely book through American holidays again.

I dealt with a travel agent named Fiona who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She really listened to what it was I was looking for in a holiday and went above and beyond to make sure what I wanted was applied to the package. 10/10 service will be using this again. Thanks again Fiona.

I came across American Holidays on the internet in early April in 2025 in which i them made an enquiry over the phone with Sarah McCormick in the Belfast office. Sarah was a delight, ever so knowledge and very professional , Sarah secured a great trip to Nashville, Memphis and New Orleans in October which was organised so well and very well priced. Since this first holiday. I used Sarah to book Disney world with my children which was a great trip. i have now booked a third Trip to the States. Sarah is Highly recommended and so are all the other members at American Holidays.

Fiona was very helpful and gave me all the options that best suited my needs. Would highl recommend.

Paula at American Holidays is extremely helpful, from the outset she listened carefully to my holiday wish list and delivered carefully considered options. Paula is a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend her. I had got a quote from her last year and I remembered her attention to detail and expertise, prompting me to get in contact with her this year again to book our holiday to New York and Cancun.

This is our 2nd time booking florida with American holidays. We had such an amazing time on our 1st holiday that we couldn't wait to book again. Casey did the great job putting everything together. Unfortunately, there is some room for improvement, possibly from different department. The department who dealt with fight tickets still made a mistake. I have to spend hours fixing it myself.
