Informative knowledge to share with customers
We enjoyed working with Tom to build up our facilities infrastructure after moving to the Providence area. His knowledge and expertise was very informative for us as we learned which equipment and warehousing solutions were right for our business. Tom gets the job done at American Surplus
I had a request from my customer for some racking, after calling this company and dealing with Tom -- he told me I would have a quote for exactly what I was looking for as soon as possible. I received a quote the very next day with stellar pricing and availability. I was able to quickly turn this around to my customer and secure a great order. Tom made this an easy and hassle free process and I will certainly look to buy again from this company and specifically Tom when the opportunities arise.

Defective conveyor parts
We received coveyor parts, with many rollers broken and out of position
the top parts looked nice, however the bottom pieces were all rusty
they were hiding the top bad looking parts under the good ones.

It appears your shipment may have been damaged during transit as I reviewed the pictures we took prior to shipping and the condition looks fine.

From start to finish American Surplus displayed excellent service. American Surplus had exactly what I needed for my custom cantilever rack order. Put it together quickly and coordinated shipping too. When the shipping company had some issues with the service, American Surplus stepped up and cleared up the issue. I would recommend them without hesitation.
