Delivery and communication were good, I would recommend sending all drawings separately at the time of shipment. Disappointing to receive the paperwork on the third load, preventing any advanced planning and prep work. But, overall happy with the product ordered and received.

Pricing is good, and shipment was fast. The only small critique I would have is the sales team following up with customers a little more. I purchased some cantilever arms racks which are great. I asked for quotes for a mezzanine (which they send me advertising emails for) but can't get a follow up on that. If you need cantilever racks, they had some of the best pricing and freight options I found.

Great company and competitive prices. Tom Oliveira is wonderful to work with. He responds quickly, is efficient, and makes the process seamless.

I had a really bad experience with other racking company. Tom with American Surplus worked through my doubts and we ended up doing business. I even went to their location to check them out. Owner picked me up from airport and everyone was very nice. This company has just about everything you need for a warehouse. One of my customers are planning to buy from them for their Texas and Utah locations. I would highly recommend this company.

My sales person, John Celona, is an excellent resource. The customer service is fantastic.
