Ordered 2 weeks ago was supposed to arrive with time for event show as pack and tracking number created but they never gave the package to UPS and support doesn’t respond back terrible customer service and terrible supplier chain.

ordered a few things. Jeans didn’t fit, tapered jeans fitted like skinny jeans. Wanted to return them, “unable to return the item”. Absolute garbage. Dont orderrrr!!!!!!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My package never arrived and you can't get in touch with a real person. UPS says I have to contact them, their auto response says I have to contact UPS. Big circle and I'm out almost $600. I will be reporting this to my credit card company as well.

Very nice overalls thick fabric cut and fit is fantastic. I am 5 foot 11 and the tall fit me perfectly.

I ordered a pair of tall overalls in a size small. I'm tall, but a size 4. This item would fit a size 14! I couldn't believe how huge they were. Very poor description. THEN - I had to pay $9 to send them back! I would suggest letting your customers know that a small with American Tall standards would fit a large man!

NO STARS!! Horrible customer service. Didn't even deliver my items, nor give me a full refund and no one has reached out. I've opened several of tickets no one has emailed me. Horrible service. Do not trust them!!!

I am 6'7". Ordered three pair of pants. The shipping was a bit delayed (from Canada) but they arrived and fit really well. Was initially very pleased. HOWEVER, after less than two weeks of wear, and a couple of washings (cold, gentle cycle) the insides of the legs of the pants have excessive pilling. Customer service did respond to the email, asked for pictures, which I sent, and then said it was "normal" and offered me 20% off my next order. Nope. Three pair of pants of $221.00 that pill after two weeks. Really, substandard material and quality. Will not order from them again. Lesson learned

American Tall has made me feel comfortable, acceptable, and safe in the fashion world. As a female who is 6’5, it is so hard to find clothing that fits and feels good. Other retailers offer short pants, short tops, etc. American Tall provides an experience for tall individuals that no one else can provide.

I am so happy to have finally found a company that makes clothing that my whole family can feel comfortable in. I am 6’0, my oldest son is 6’5 and is only 16. So you can imagine the struggles we’ve both had finding clothes that fit appropriately. I get to wear pants that feel comfortable. My son is so happy to have long sleeves that are long enough, without having to order a size XXXL when he’s a medium(sometimes large). We just couldn’t be happier with this website. I’ve referred several of my girlfriends that have tall kiddos like my son. It’s been a wish come true!

My son’s favorite joggers he would get them in every color if he could!

While I liked the hoodie and leggings I purchased on sale ($45.20 for both), I have been very unhappy with my experience. Prior to delivery, I did not realize the company was located in Canada. I received notice from UPS informing me I had to pay customs before delivery, which listed more items than I ordered (had it just been for mine, I would have just paid - no question), and was just under $80! I contacted American Tall, was told I would not be responsible for this, they were working it out, etc.
Still without my purchase weeks later, I received a bill in the mail from UPS. I was again told it would be sorted. The items arrived, I thought that would be the end… NOPE! Months later, I received an overdue bill from UPS, which had late fees! I contacted customer service through their absurd online chat (there is no other way), they asked for copies of the bills (I could only send the most recent- why would I keep bills I was assured were taken care of/that I would not be responsible for?). Again, told it would be taken care of. Again, I was stupid and believed them.
It’s been 5 MONTHS, and now I have a debt collection agency contacting me on behalf of UPS! They did not solve anything! This now affects my credit score, and after days, I have still not received a response from American Tall for their latest blunder of what should have been a simple fix for them! This is outrageous and appalling “service”.

American Tall is my go-to for tall clothing! It gives me so much joy to have clothing that actually fits me properly. Very grateful for the diverse and on-point clothing American Tall offers us tall ladies.

I’m very pleased with the whole process. From the order process, through order status to the fit and quality of product. Where have you been all my life!! My daughter-in-law found you for my 6’8” son. Thank you for making clothes shopping less of a struggle for all us giraffes. 😊

I am very satisfied with the service and I would like to be able to have my orders shipped via UPS instead of snail mail. It would be much easier to track my order using UPS.

I ordered a lot of new spring clothes this year from American Tall . Overall, I am impressed with what I have purchased! I get a lot of compliments on my updated wardrobe. Shipping times have been fine. I have not needed to call customer service for anything. I am thrilled that there are extra tall sizes for women (I am 6’ 1” tall, but have VERY long arms and legs, so I require the longer sleeve length and inseams). One thing I love is that I recently made a purchase and had an opportunity to fill out a survey regarding American Tall product, and what I’d like to see from the company in the future. I was so excited to give my feedback, and hope it helps this company continue to grow! Possibly my only complaint against American Tall is that a lot of the product they offer goes out of stock in my size and then is never again available again. Maybe Medium-size 8 extra tall tops and 29 extra long pants are just very common sizes in the tall community. They just go out of stock quicker than other sizes, then the stock is not replenished. As a result, I struggle to get wardrobe basics in the colors I like. Otherwise, no major complaints. Thank you, American Tall!

I love the softness, how the material hangs, and the fact that they have pockets. My leg length is a tad short for many of the products on this site (inseam 32-33"), so they're just a bit longer than I prefer. I knew that I'd have to adjust the pants by hiking them up a bit or hemming.

I have bought several different garments from American tall, all fit great as they should and the fit and finish is exellent, never disappointed.
