Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. I bought multiple items some from open box. One of the open box items said that some of the nuts and bolts weren't included. Not telling me that a whole bar for a roll bar was not in there. They would not take any concessions

Customer service is trash

Placed an order for a rims wheels tpms lug nuts and install through their shop. They sent an email the next day saying my rims were out of stock for 3 months.... I called immediately to just cancel the whole order makes no sense to get tires and everything and and install package when you can't send me the rims and its not like I did it online I called and spoke with a representative from American trucks ie Turn 5 and he put the whole order together. Even after i called to cancel less then 12 hours later due to them not having a product they sold me they still proceeded to ship the rest of the order forcing me to deal with a return as well. Problem now is it took them a week to get fedex to come pick back up the tires the tpms sensors and lugnuts all brand brand new never touched didnt have rims. now im getting refunds in small amounts still dont have my entire refund when I call they dont know what hasn't been refunded except at this point the company held my thousands of dollars for weeks then had fedex come pickup the whole order for return and currently im still short my refund money today right now and its been more weeks. I want my money back and I want the company to do better by its customer as I wont recommend this place to anyone else as they currently have all their items and have not returned all my funds that is theft by deceptive business practices

We show that on 6/8/2026 you placed an order for the following items:
- Black Chrome 6-Spline Lug Nut Kit; 14mm x 1.5; Set of 32 (07-26 Silverado/Sierra 2500 HD/3500 HD SRW)
- 4 -467021 -Valve Stem-Mounted TPMS Sensor with Metal Valve (Universal; Programming is Required)
- 4- T608012 -Fittipaldi Offroad FA08 Gloss Black Milled Wheel; 20x9; 18mm Offset
- 4-J262463 -RBP Repulsor M/T3 Tire (33" - 33x12.50R20LT)

This order was placed after the cutoff time for shipping that day. On 6/9 you contacted us to cancel the order. We submitted a request to cancel the wheels. You were refunded for the wheels that day, on 6/9.

The other items in your order, already had tracking so we were unable to cancel these for you. We shared that once you receive them, we can set up a return for the items that you received.

We do see that returns were set up and we overrode the return label fees, and we asked for a pick up at your residence at our expense, since the items that you ordered shipped and we were unable to cancel them.

When we submit a request for a pick up, we do ask that all labels are removed from the boxes so there are no mix ups when the driver picks them up.

We also ask for 7-10 days after there is movement on the way back to us for your refund to be completed.

We show you were refunded on the following dates:

6/9-$1029.83
6/17-$1011.89
6/24-$98.08
6/26-$184.32

We are still waiting on all of the items to be returned to our warehouse. Once this is done, the balance due will be removed from our order. This is placed on there so we can monitor the order and confirm all items were received.

Everything went great and arrived safe…

Everything went great and arrived safe and secure. Everything fit as it should and me being 63 years old, went on rather smoothly! It took me longer to get up off the ground than it did to install the nerf bars and fender flares!

I ordered wheel spacers for my truck…

I ordered wheel spacers for my truck and the first order I only ordered two because I thought they were a set of 4.. after they came and I only ordered 2 but I need 4, I go back on the website and I picked the same item again at the same price and placed the order and then when it arrived I only receive 1 so I call customer service and they said it was my fault because I only ordered one instead of two but why the heck would I pay the same price for one as I did for two. So now I’m going to have to order another one at the same price… I was planning on buying everything from this site but not now my friends.

We show that on 6/11 you placed an Open Box order for 1.75-Inch Billet Aluminum Hubcentric 6-Lug Wheel Spacers. We show in the photos that there were two Wheel Spacers in this kit. they shipped out and we show they were delivered on 6/16.

On 6/16, we show that you placed another order for the same wheel spacers, but in error we did not note that there was only one spacer in this kit. If you would like to set up a return for this item, please contact us and we can initiate this return.

We do apologize for this oversite and error on our website. Due to this situation and the frustration you experienced, we issued a credit to your AmericanTrucks account. This credit can be used on a future order and is valid until 9/30/2026.

My CSR was unstoppable in doing her…

My CSR was unstoppable in doing her best to remedy my problem. After several bouts of being on hold she was able to a time sensitive order issue with diligence and kindness and I was moved by her efforts. Lisa is someone I’d want on any team as she has exceptional skills in dealing with others in a bind.

I will never ever order a single part…

I will never ever order a single part from here. I order a rousch cold air intake and borla exhaust. I was sent the wrong cold air intake and the return process is ridiculous. AT makes this process painful. At first the customer service for this process was subpar to start with. When I received the link I was asked to enter my order number. Site kept telling my my order number was wrong. Had to call back again and start the process over. At this point AT asks you to take multiple pictures just so they can send you a return label. Again this their mistake not mine. After you jump through their hoops and waste time taking pictures you get the return label for fedex. Then you have to wait 7-10 days to get a refund. Again called service and seems like I get rides reps each time I called. I was told they have to receive the package and verify what’s in the box. Well did have to take pictures. I understand verification of what was sent back but there was no reason for all the other hoops to jump through. I will never order from here again. I will stick with summit or jegs before I order from here again. Absolutely terrible customer service. Especially when the mistake was theirs from The start. And they give a measly 10% off for all the aggravation and wasted time they caused.

We work hard on getting orders shipped quickly and correctly to our customers. We fell short of our goal with your order, and more importantly we fell short of your expectations.

We apologize that when you ordered the Roush Cold Air Intake, and you received an incorrect item. We do understand that this can be a frustrating experience and this caused delays in installing the the intake on your F-150.

We do show that you set up a return/refund for the item. We ask for photos for returns because in some cases, we may be able to resolve the issue with for the customer without the need to return the item to us.

Once the return was set up and the return tags are sent to you, we ask for 7-10 days after the item shows movement on the way back to us, for your refund to be completed. We do show you were fully refunded on 6/23/2026. This refund was issued back to your original payment method.

Product was delivered on time

Product was delivered on time. Only issue I have is support for installing tunes is not great. Have had tuner for a week and still unable to install
Support finally got the tuner right. Put about 800 miles and tune is amazing
