BEWARE Amerifund Home Loans will charge outrageous fees, turn their backs on you, ignore your calls, messages, try to put a restraining order on you with false allegations while Brad Rice CEO is running scared & leave you in distress without a care in the world after Brad Rice charges ridiculous fees of $30,000 for a home loan. I never ever spoken with Brad Rice, however, he manipulated thousands of hardworking dollars from me through one of his minions Wilma Karen Foster whom no longer is employed with AMERIFRAUD she is currently employed with Monarch Mortgage in Inglewood, CA.

January 7, 2026 to get out of the horrible loan CEO Brad Rice of Amerifund Home Loans made his former employee Wilma Karen Foster pressure me into. Brad Rice charged an outrageous fee of $17,693.98 & an additional PMI fee of $13,510 for closing cost. Wilma Karen Foster charged $8000 for poor work ethics. Wilma constantly told me a would lose my earnest money if I had gone with City National Bank. I had no debt or bad credit my profile is excellent. I didn’t need a FHA loan or CalHFA assistance it was a money scheme. I am in a conventional loan without additional Premium Mortgage Insurance you can’t write off money wasted. Get a loan with a bank not AMERIFUND HOME LOANS. Amerifund Home Loans Brad Rice will not be in business too much longer. Wilma Karen Foster is no longer with Amerifund Home Loans her new employer is Monarch Mortgage in Inglewood, CA. Also I have never met or spoken with Brad Rice, however, I will soon in court. Amerifund once again exceeded my expectations. I've done several loans with Amerifund with several loan officers, and I have to say they are all amazing. Cesar helped me with this one and boy did he impress me on this one. I applied for an equity line and it was done and funded in a week! ZERO hassle..... This is the place to go for any time of home loan.

Switching to Amerifund was the greatest decision we could have made. Being our first home purchase we felt completely lost and stressed out. As soon as we began talking to Cesar he went out of his way to make sure we felt confident in what we were doing. I recently finished the purchase of our home and was assisted by Alysha, Jennifer and Gina.
