I Couldn't Have Asked For A Better Loan Officer

Phillip Zhin was the consummate professional! Phillip was great!!! I don't use the word "great" lightly. I did not know Phillip prior to working with him and neither was he referred to me. I called up the company, spoke to someone about my needs, and was put on hold briefly before the call was transferred to Phillip. Phillip was very thorough and patiently walked my wife and me through the entire process along with frequent updates. AmeriHomes needs more of Phillip Zhins. Thank you so much Phillip for everything.

I had the best experience with my refinance. Working with Mimi Le, Jolena O’Rouke and Kimberly Griffith made the process so easy! Great ladies to work with. I would recommend AmeriHome mortgage to anyone who is looking for new home and a painless process.

Would use Amerihome again

Megan Hedges was phenomenal to work with. She was always quickly responsive, was great at answering all our questions, and very thorough at explaining and walking us through the purchase experience. Eddie Zambrano, our loan processor was also very thorough and responsive through the process.

I would definitely use Amerihome again.

Megan Hedges and Lindsay Clay were a great team. The process was seamless. Both Megan and Lindsay were spectacular professionals and a joy to speak with each time I interacted with them. It was a completely pleasurable…

It was a completely pleasurable experience to Re-Fi with Amerihome Mortgage. The team of Andre Sussman & Lindsay Clay made it a seamless and professional process at every turn of the transaction. If I had a question, they were there and if they needed additional documents they requested them in a timely manner. To simply sum up my Re-Fi experience...It was a pleasure.

I worked with Chris and Lindsay on my refinance. They were always in communication with me on where we were in the process and what documents were needed. There were never any surprises and the whole process was fast and easy and unlike Quicken loans, the final numbers were actually correct.

Refinance/cash out

I have purchased a home, lowered my interest rate, and now refinanced. This by far has been the most pleasant experience, hands-down! The people I dealt with were excellent, courteous, and very professional. At every turn, they were there to help me and guide me throughout the process. I wish I could deal with the same people at every turn in my life. I cannot say enough good things about my experience throughout this process with amerihome!

AmeriHome Mortgage Company

AmeriHome Mortgage Company, your staff if so Rude, dishonest and unprofessional, and unfair! Since August of 2022, Ive attempted to get ahold of the assumptions department, (You can only communicate via their assumptions_loanadministration.com email), here we are May 16, 2023 and STILL NO RESPONSE! The only response I get is the AUTO-REPLY email that is sent immediately after my email is sent out trying to get info about assuming my loan because my co signer is trying to use her credit and my loan is affecting her. Well, why do they say they have an assumptions department and their disclosures state I can assume my loan with full responsibility if I chose to but then they do not follow through, HOW DECEPTIVE ARE YOUR PRACTICES AMERIHOME!!! You lie to your customers saying you will fulfill your duty yet here I am 9 months later and I am still getting auto-reply emails stating you will contact me 7-10 business days. You deceive your customers through the customer service you provide and state someone will respond quickly yet no response. I done the survey you offer after every call, (In hopes someone will take action) only to have your customer service representatives treat me with disrespect and make my authentication harder than it should. Do you all notate your system to display that I am a bad customer so your representatives can treat me unprofessionally, disrespectful, rude, unfair and dishonest. You all have been so unfair and I have documented ever call, email and you claim you record every call. Even that Stephanie lady who I have spoken to on many occasions who when giving my phone number for the call back kept giving me wrong numbers yet she read me my phone number from her computer just fine but could not understand my normal English language. I've had so much trouble since I've been trying to get ahold of a supervisor, manager or owner. I am being told as of April 2023, my mortgage is going up a couple hundred in May because I was short on taxes and escrow. I requested itemized documentation proving this allegation and AmeriHome has yet to provide me with such evidence. AmeriHome still raised my mortgage with no justification other than a letter stating I was short and they're going to increase my mortgage to make up for the shortage they paid. How did they pay shortage and why cant they prove it to me. Not only am I looking into refinancing my home but I am pulling from my equity to file a law suite against you "AmeriHome" and every agent I have spoken to since the August 2022 inquiry. Lets hope you have all your ducks in a row and I hope you didn't delete any recording because I am going to request all my records from your company, recordings and videos if you have any at the locations of the employees I spoke to during those calls to prove up may case further. I am tired of being the victim and no one is doing anything about it. AmeriHome, maybe you need to look at your employees a little more and see that they are treating your customers right and not unfairly. I was trying to keep and assume the loan because I have a 2.85 locked rate and didnt want to lose it since rates are higher than normal because of inflation and my co-signer is trying to use her credit to buy a home but she can't because she is on my loan. That was all I wanted and all you've done is treat me unfairly, lied about how you run your company and what you offer, like assuming my loan and I feel you have deceived me especially after I never asked to be your customer. How and why was my loan sold to you in the first place, are you connected with other mortgage companies so you can deceive people like this. I think the picture here is clear and I want to get behind it all so I am willing to waste my time and money to prove my case and debunk your company and any close partner working hand and hand with you to deceive other customers. Not with me AmeriHome!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY…

Amerihome is the WORST mortgage company that I have ever done business with. My husband and I are veterans and Amerihome requires us to resubmit our disability tax exemption information every year and then we are billed taxes we shouldn't be paying and it took over 4 months for them to resolve it last year. This time we are going through it, we are given the run around and told different completion dates every time we call. They are unprofessional, dishonest and I'm honestly not sure how they're still in business.

Amazing Refinance Experience

I had a very pleasant experience working with my loan officer, Kristopher Co and my loan processor Eddie Zambrano. Both gentlemen were very helpful and patiently walked me through the refinancing process. I am extremely grateful to them both for all of their hard work and time they put into the process from start to finish. I will definitely be working with AmeriHome again in the future!
