Still no bag
Whelp, I am going on three weeks and no bag. No shipping information, no updates at all. I am trying to be patient because of the worldwide pandemic, but it is unsettling to me that others seem to have similar issues. Customer service has just offered apologies, but no information on my bag. The funds were immediately taken from my account, but they can't find out the shipping status. The 1-2 day handling has turned into 21+ day handling. If they are experiencing delays, it should be easy enough to update their website to reflect that.

This bag is really great. At first I was skeptical about the quality promised on the site because it was online and I couldn't feel the bag in my hand and you know online stuff can be deceiving, but with time I finally broke and bought one because it was so appealing. I don't regret my decision a bit. I ordered the large one because my wallet didn't seem to fit in the medium ones. This is the best bag I had, ever. Stylish, simple, handmade, easy to open and close, and the stuff I need fits but not much more so the handbag chaos is under controlled. The quality really is there, shipping was fast and tracked. I strongly recommend this product!

Poor quality materials and poorly constructed
Poor quality materials and poorly constructed. The quality of the leather is sub-par. It doesn’t look like any leather I’ve owned before. The colour is much more orange than it looks online. The bag feels flimsy. I didn’t want to pull on the drawstrings for fear of snapping them! Even worse: there were pen marks on the pockets where the maker had measured. And the stitching was off on the pockets. The lining is glued in. The handle is on backwards! They wouldn’t let me return it because I missed the return deadline (I just had a baby and was quite busy). I am so disappointed. This was supposed to be my diaper bag. I’m trying to sell it to get some of my money back. My wonderful husband felt so bad for me he bought me a Lily Jade Shaylee.

I don't recommend buying these bags
Shipping cost were already high 18€ when ordering the bag but I was really shocked when I received DHL message to pay custom fee of 29€. Buying in Amazon would have been much cheaper for the same item.

Be warned! Duty & taxes can be high!!!
Be warned! Ordered Penida bag for $49 US. Have not received it yet and knew there would be duty/taxes but did not expect them to be $32.32. Being in Canada this grass bag will convert to just shy of $100. I hope I absolutely love it when it arrives. It would be great customer service if Amerii would calculate duty/taxes prior to shipping and allow customers to opt out. It is possible because I've dealt with a company that does this.
