Do not use this company! I paid $7 for shipping a $45 bag. Next thing I know DHL is asking me to pay additional $25 for VAT and some other delivery charge! I would have never order it if I knew I would be charged $32 for delivery!

BEWARE Not as "High Quality" - Definitely not like the pictures
I bought 3 bags.
- One of the bags I ordered cannot be closed as the loop is loose and there is no sort of support on the flap
- Sloppy stitching on the straps
- Sloppy stitching on tag inside the bag
- Metal rings are chipping off
- Not for everyday use because my other bag looks like it's about to break after only 4 uses
Edit: They reached out and their solutions suck. They would have you spend MORE for giving you defective products. Buy at your own risk. For me, I'm never buying here again. Total waste of money.

I LOVE this company. The bags are so BEAUTIFUL I had to get one for my mom. I get compliments everywhere I go, and it feels so nice to support something handmade. Couldn't be happier. Shipping is reasonable and honestly fast. I'd buy one of everything if I could, it goes with any outfit and any occasion!

Beware of £23 unexpected customs duty!! N
To say I am disappointed is an understatement.
I bought a bundle of two bags for approximately £60 on sale. I paid $6.95 for shipping and was excited for it to be delivered.
Today I have received a notification from DHL that a further £23 is owed for import duty to get the bag through customs!
This was NOT mentioned at any point during the checkout on their website and only mentioned once I had paid for the items.
I have since checked Amerii's website and it does mention under their FAQs section that import duty is payable in some countries, however I feel that this is deceptive as not everyone including myself would need to look at the frequently asked questions.
I feel that they have omitted from mentioning it during the checkout process as they know many customers would be put off from buying if they were informed prior to purchase.
Having contacted Amerii about this they have shown no interest in resolving the issue and have stated that I should have read the FAQ’s. I’ve noted multiple complaints similar to mine on trustpilot so it is clearly an issue that can be easily resolved by being more upfront during the checkout process!

I received a purse that didn't have a cross body strap. On closer look at the catalog I saw the smaller size I didn't order did have the longer strap.

Very good quality I am very satisfied with my purchase
It took more than a week due to Covid-19 to receive my bag in Japan, which made me feel anticipated more than before. The quality is superb (that's why they are more expensive) and it feels good to know the money goes to the artist in Indonesia as well. It must have been hard for them to find money in the midst of the pandemic. What I wanna say is please support a brand like this more than the fast fashion company with mass production. I have no regret of purchasing this beautiful handmade bag. Many people commented about the smell, but my bag comes with a nice scent actually it is like somebody sprayed a perfume over my bag. The size is actually bigger than I thought, spacious.

Recently took a trip to Thailand and saw bags very similar to the ones Amerii offer. I regretted NOT purchasing the bags in Thailand but was super excited that I could purchase them with Amerii. The bags are super cute, stylish and durable. I had ordered three. Two as gifts and the other for myself. Only two were delivered and I was disappointed because the one missing was the one for myself. I contacted the company and Hristina responded quickly. We corresponded a few times and the issue was resolved in a timely manner. Great customer service!! Better get your bag before they are gone!!!!
