Good Afternoon, My Daughter who lives in HK had purchased a hand bag from Amerii and fell in love with it. When i saw it, i wanted one as well. I just ordered 2 bags and received them within 8 days of ordering. They arrived each wrapped in their own cloth bag and are stunning. The bags are beautifully made inside and out......Great Quality. Best bag I've ever bought
I havent stopped carrying my large rattan bag since I got it, and I don't usually carry purses. This bag looks good with everything, is sturdy, and holds everything I need it to!

Disappointing defect
Shipping was faster than expected and product is beautiful. Mine did arrive with a defect however - enough to make the bag extremely difficult to close. Disappointed.

Beautiful, quality bags. I bought my first rattan purse sometime early last year, and the integrity of it has not degraded one bit in all this time. Very durable. Just ordered a new small rattan purse and rattan backpack combo and I cannot WAIT to receive them.

Import duty and taxes
Hello dear team from
Amerii.
I want to take this opportunity to say that I am completely in love with your bags but also I am totally disappointed with your shipping service.
I didn’t receive my summer sale order yet because I had to pay import duty and Taxes in top of my receipt.
In the FAQs you talk about a small percentage.
I had to pay more than 30€ on top of that and my delivery has been delayed a lot.
I am so sad that I didn’t know how expensive it will get and I really hope that your customer service will improve.
I am hopeful that I will receive my order soon but I would not recommend your online shop like this.
I am just very disappointed with the procedure and it would have been good to know this in advance.
I will still carry my bags with pleasure.

Very dissapointed that the cost of shipping and lack of cancellation!
Very dissapointed that the cost of shipping wasnt made clear at the time of purchase. The information banner at the bottom of the page that says "Free Shipping to the US and many other countries" is very miss leading! I just recieved a notification from currier that I now owe more money on top what was paid.
There is no way to cancel the order until you recieve it. This is completly unaccepectable customer service!
How is it possible for a company to see a product and than have no way to cancel an order?
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEB SITE!!!!!!

Let us clarify this situation - Duty fees and taxes charged by the customs in your country are not connected to the shipping fee (we offer free shipping to Canada). It's very unfortunate to see that you have missed this information.
You could cancel your order while it's being processed, however after shipping it with DHL Express we are unable to stop it.
