Although the process took a little longer than initially stated, that was through niggles on our side. Amicable kept things on track and everything was sorted out in a friendly manner. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone having to go through the difficult process of a divorce.

A great alternative to expensive solicitors, if you and your partner are able to communicate through this difficult time.
The one small problem I found was when looking at uploaded documents, of which we had quite a few when sorting out financial side, was that it was hard to tell what was the latest version. This was bought up with a member of the team and they then dated any documents going forward.

Divorce is not an easy thing to go through but it is much easier if you can do it amicably, especially when you have children together. I found this company whilst searching for something that would work for not just me but my now ex husband too. Dan Martinez was a steady hand and showed great empathy towards us both. There is no 'perfect' outcome in these situations and Dan managed to remain understanding yet neutral in our negotiations while making sure the process continued to move forward.

Emma Bennett was our Amicable representative. She was very supportive and was always there to help us. She put no pressure on us but helped us to make informed decisions. It was a fixed fee but she stayed with us even when the consent order was refused by the judge the first time and supported us through it till it was all agreed. I would definitely recommend Amicable.
