Bought a watch for my dad for his birthday. Had to enquire about delivery, sales representative was very helpful and informative. Item was shipped within the hour and received within 24h. Overall very happy with the experience.

Seiko 5 sports Evisen Skateboard edition

I ordered a seiko 5 sports Evisen Skateboard limited edition, and I'm lucky to got this watch before it's gone. I'm looking for SRPD65K2 but it was not available. I was bit confused about the Evisen Skateboard edition, after I received it I'm very happy. The watch was well protected with a great packaging. And it's a authentic watch with the warranty card. I really recommend this shop to my friends already. The delivery was fast. Service was great.

Watch is fine, everything else not so good.

Delivery was delayed, too many links taken out and wasn't the 180mm I wanted, but rather 160mm and the winder still hasn't arrived.

I’m sorry that the overall experience did not fully meet your expectations. Your order was placed on Sunday 14th June, dispatched on Monday 15th June using our next-day delivery service, and signed for on Wednesday 17th June. While we dispatched the order promptly, I appreciate that the delivery took longer than expected.

Regarding the bracelet adjustment, the watch was measured flat against a ruler before dispatch and adjusted to the requested 180mm wrist size. We have used this method successfully for many years, so I am sorry to hear that the fit was not as expected on arrival.

With regard to the watch winder, this was supplied as a complimentary gift with your order. These are often dispatched separately and typically arrive 2–3 working days after the watch has been delivered. If it has still not arrived after that timeframe, please contact us directly and we will be happy to investigate.

The watch is very nice, the reason i given three stars is because of the box that from inside is been damaged. You are expecting when you pay so much, everything to be excellent.
