Breitling SuperOcean heritage purchase

I ordered from AMJ and the service was excellent from start to finish. The watch I purchased was on special offer and was priced lower than anywhere else I could find. It arrived within 48 hours of ordering and was very well packaged. I unboxed the watch straight away and registered it almost immediately for the 5-year warranty. The complimentary watch winder arrived around five days later, which was a great added bonus. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend AMJ.

I ordered a watch as a Christmas…

I ordered a watch as a Christmas present. The watch was over £1000. The website said the item was in stock and available for next day delivery.

I later received an email informing me that the watch I had ordered won’t be in stock for 3 months.

I asked for a refund which will apparently be provided in 3-5 days.

What was more irritating about the process was that even after I was informed the watch was not in stock, it still displayed as available for next day delivery online.

To be clear, the refund was only issued after I called up and requested it.

We can confirm that refunds are issued by us immediately once requested. Unfortunately, the remaining delay is due to standard bank processing times, which are outside of our control and typically take 3–5 working days to appear back in the customer’s account.
