Ammpoure is super convenient and useful…

Ammpoure is super convenient and useful in times of need and shopping! It’s allowed me to purchase so much more when really needed! And also Ammpoure services are great and the facilities for payment and they help the customers very quickly they are the best for me.

Ammpoure customer service is fantastic…

Ammpoure customer service is fantastic and it is easy to contact them. Always found products from Ammpoure to be good quality and well packed, I use Ammpoure a lot as the products are great and at reasonable prices, they deliver quickly and pack parcels well so very pleased.

Look fantastic online shopping is easy and super fast. I like that they remind you that you have something in your cart and if you need help. I love it. I also love that they have great products.

Update on previous review

Update on previous review. Order arrived after 26 days. The item was broken, the packaging was not original and so I suspect it is a previously returned item. There is no clear direction on the web site with regards returns. I have never left a review before but this experience has left me so cross, I could never recommend this company.

The company has now replaced the item. They have refunded the full amount so in the end everything is good.

Received my item which broke as soon as I tried to put it on. Sent three emails asking for a refund with no reply. I would avoid this company if I were you.

Avoid at all costs

Have not received my item which will be returned the second it arrives. The website states garunteed email reply , 3 emails later I’m still waiting for a reply. Avoid at all costs. In reply to you showing emails you can clearly see I asked the order to be cancelled . It had not been shipped. I have also requested on at least 3 occasions for the contact details of your head office which have all been ignored.

This company is a scam, any good reviews must be sent from the scammers themselves, as money paid, no goods received and no response to several emails. STAY CLEAR OF THESE SCAMMERS

I have asked for return details 3 times and no-one has got back to me, apart from to keep asking for my order number to look into it. I want to make sure that the item is returned properly, to assure my refund.

Nothing arrived!

I ordered orthotic support on December 27th 2021 and over a month alter it has still not arrived.
I am asking for a refund but so far not able to get this - I shan't order anything from this company again.

Still waiting for refund after many months

I have already submitted a review about Ammpoure withholding my money and not giving me a refund for sending me false goods as advertised. I have already returned the item as per procedure and they are lying to me that my money has been returned. Do NOT deal with this company. They are ripping people off. I will now take this further.

I went through many website in UK…

I went through many website in UK already some was scammers they used to say something else and doing something else but I met this company i can understand sometimes delay happens because of the corona but it's ok, instead they given me the correct product. It came within the given time.
